Premium Finance

Just following up on my post, I finished the maintenance and medium duty repairs the F250 runs better than it did when I drove it off the lot, excellent gas saver, I love my rig and would purchase from premium finance in the future if was considering a new or used vehicle. The vehicle disclosures need to be more transparent to consumers beforehand, not just based on carfax so there's no bad business I guess we can blame that on the mechanic and technician shortages.

I worked all year to save for my rig as a purchase for Christmas 2021 the experience was horrible. I took their word off a internet purchase the day I left the lot within a few days my rig developed a smog leak not only that but the engine oil was old with only 3 quarts in the engine and the wrong oil filter, brakes weren't bled and the pedal sunk to the floor, wheel bearing clatter every bump on the road, and to top it off a empty bag of crystal meth was in my rig I notified the salperson and was told they can reclean my rig I declined. When I brought to attention about the smog I was told another lie by the salesperson that they don't sell vehicles that don't pass smog can refer me to a shop out of my pocket because of no warranty.I Don't no longer trust them I work very hard for my earnings and for such a so called stelership to scam consumers out of their money hurts deeply. I do repairs on automobiles which saved me a bit but I'm still paying unnecessary costs for sold lies taking the salesperson word, I was better off going to a private party getting a fixer upper because that's what I purchased at this stealership at costly premium that was financed, don't believe the fake reviews this is a real deal review. 2003 F250 SuperDuty

Scam Alert. FRAUD ALERT. This dealer is set up to sell wrecked vehicles. Vehicle I purchased had a replaced motor: it had multiple defects which did not appear on car fax. Beware of sales paperwork. Premium Finance is set up to defraud you. Just read previous posts from others. I had the exact same experience. DO NOT BUY OR VISIT EVER.

I found a truck at their place of business. I tried to secure the truck for two days before someone else could. I did all the leg work... made appointment for a mechanic to look it over, getting a transport company to ship it, finances ready for purchase to get a text from the mechanic saying "They sold it yesterday". What are you kidding me. If you want peace of mind do not waste your time with these clowns.

I Delt with Kevin over the phone. I drove 2 hours to pick up my 2007 Dodge Charger Uhhh Lambo Doors..JJ helped when I got there and had all the Paper work ready when I got there. I needed some minor repairs on the Vehicle which they had approved and fixed that day. Ruben was the Finance manager and went all through the paperwork correctly and made this transaction very easy. STAY AWAY from this dealership. They pass off wrecked cars with fake vehicle history reports. They are very dishonest, overcharge fees and lie about interest rates. I have resulted to reporting their deceitful trade practices to the CA ATTORNEY GENERAL as well as the CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES Dealer Division. These people pride themselves in ripping off hard working honest people. Everything is fine up until the point that you voice a concern with them. After that you are met with verbal threats, repo threats and screened phone calls. RUDE, dishonest, dealers.

Tried contacting them through email and through text message. Their auto reply works great but them actually getting back to you is horrible. " someone will be with you shortly" 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting.

Hello, I had a family member to purchase a car from Premium Finance. The only problem I had was they keep all their floor mats. None of the cars come with the floor mats. Other than that, they're customer service is excellent!! Stop taking the mats out of the cars!!

A nice experience with a great sales team who's helpful and knowledgeable and a good assortment of different types of automobiles to choose from
