We have leased many BMW's from Tom Bush and we have always gone to Chuck Hollis. Chuck is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and is never pushy. Chuck made car shopping painless and easy. He was extremely patient while I test drove several vehicles, some more than once. After months of looking, I purchased an X5. I was having trouble getting my bluetooth connected one day and decided to swing by the dealership to see if Chuck could help me. This is how Chuck earned a 5 star rating with us and also why we will return to him for future BMW purchases. And for the record, this car is, by far, the most comfortable car I have ever driven. I ordered a car through European delivery program. My sales person was Chuck Hollis. Chuck was very helpful, relaxed (e.g. no pressure), forthright and open to negotiation on the price of the car. It was one of the smoothest easiest automobile purchases I have ever made. If I buy another BMW, which I am sure I will, Chuck Hollis will be my sales person of choice.

We were greeted as we walked in by Chuck Hollis and his friendly "make yourself at home" personality. After a brief discussion, Chuck moved my wife from one who thought negatively about BMWs, because "all BMW drivers and therefore everyone associated with BMW were pushy and rude, to one very interested in the details of each model. The quality of the automobile did create one problem. We both wanted to drive! Chuck's solution for this, another BMW. Unfortunately my wife passed shortly after and the second purchase did not happen but our driving experience and week end excursions together are fondly remembered.
