    Paul was great and super attentive. The entire process was easy and I'm very happy with my purchase. There was constant communication from when I purchased the car until when I picked it up. They also worked with me a lot on negotiating a price for the car as well as my trade in.From sales to finances to delivery, the customer service overall was fantastic.

    Worked with a newer sales person (Jared) and the GM to identify, locate and price out the car and financing options I wanted. The dealership located, and delivered my car in less than a week from outside the state. Found the other staff to be courteous and will look forward to returning for service visits in the future. Doc fee was higher than other dealers I spoke to and my price was based largely on corporate employee pricing so I can't reasonably give a 5 star rating there, but the prices initially quoted were still reasonable and more of a discussion than an argument.     I had a great car buying experience at Wellesley Mazda. Gabe was our product specialist and he was awesome to work with! Gabe was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and thoroughly explained all the features that it had. After the initial test drive he wasn't pushy at all, and suggested that if we were really interested in the car, that we come back for an extended 1 hr test drive, to make sure that it was really what we wanted it. It was a relief that he wanted to make sure the car was a fit for us, and not just convince us to buy it right then and then. After the extended test drive, Gabe clearly explained all the specials and incentives at Wellesley Mazda, and it was because of his explanation that we decided to buy at this dealer and not shop around to others. We then worked with Gabe to negotiate the best price and loan package for us. Gabe made sure that the vehicle had the options we purchased installed and ready to go for pick up, which went smoothly! Gabe sent over the required information to my insurance company, so they were able to update my policy without me having to contact them, which was a huge convenience and Gabe then coordinated getting the registration all set. We couldn't have had a better experience, and that is definitely due to working with Gabe!
