    I???ll start my review by saying that there are many reasons to be excited about buying a new car; however, the process of purchasing a car can also be... a bit overwhelming. I am the type of person that drags this process out and proceeds with hesitation as I analyze every consumer review and performance spec. I had been browsing cars for a few months, and had narrowed my search down to the Mazda CX-5 after seeing the model repeatedly on ???top 10??? lists. I found a listing for a CX-5 at Wellesley Mazda and spoke to JEFF over the phone to confirm the availability of the car. He assured me that the car was at the dealership, and we arranged a time that I could stop by later in the day to have a look. Upon arriving to the dealership I was greeted and offered assistance by an employee. The employee let me know where I could find Jeff, but also gave me time to look around and browse. This interaction was the first sign that the Mazda staff respects the comfort and their potential consumer. I did not feel any pressure or aggressive sales efforts from the employees. The casual atmosphere continued when I met Jeff, and he showed me the CX-5 I had called about. I had also spotted another CX-5 while walking the dealership, and Jeff was quick to bring the car around to give me a closer look. I gave both cars a test drive, asked plenty of questions, and throughout the entire process I did not feel any pressure to commit to a transaction. My browsing did eventually turn into the purchase of a CX-5, but the decision to proceed with the sale was made at my pace. The positive experience continued when KRYSTAL helped me complete the transaction. Again, how Krystal handled my purchase demonstrated how Mazda clearly values customer satisfaction. Krystal was friendly, knowledgeable, and charismatic. She took the time to listen to how I use my car and tailored all of the information the she presented to my needs. No filler. No fluff. She personalized the package to suit me. What could have been a stressful process turned out to be very smooth and memorable. I can recommend Mazda to others (even with the brief time that I have owned my car) based on the sales experience and the feeling that my satisfaction is what Mazda equates to their success. Please give Jeff Baez and Krystal the recognition they deserve.

    I rarely write reviews for products and services and never imagined myself doing so for a car dealer. Nonetheless, I found my recent purchase of a 2017... Mazda CX-5 to be so seamless and transparent that I felt compelled to share it with the masses. From the moment my partner and I walked into the showroom Wellesley Mazda's commitment to customer service was apparent. Our sales rep, Mike Winterson, was very informative, friendly and not in the least bit pushy. He worked with his sales manager Rodrigo Nadal to find a way for me to exit my overrun lease to enter into a new CX-5, just in time for my birthday! And for those of you who are reading this review who have yet to test drive the CX-5, I implore you to do so. Before going to Mazda I checked out Volvo and several other dealers for a mid-level SUV. My experience suggests there's no comparison when it comes to quality and value. The premium package features on my CX-5 would have cost me $17-22k more on a comparable Volvo XC-60. And just when I thought my good fortune at Wellesley Mazda was complete I met Alexander Kamergorodsky, resident car delivery concierge. If you purchase a new vehicle from Wellesley Mazda (which I recommend), please take the time to have Mr. Kamergorodsky walk you through its bells and whistles! As a result of his thorough and responsive presentation, I've already managed to impress partner and friends with my facile navigation of the CX-5's features ;-) In closing, I found my first new car buying experience at Wellesley Mazda to be transparent and customer-centered. Mike, Rodrigo and Alexander's attention to detail was the icing on my CX-5 birthday cake!

    I worked with Michaela at Wellesley Mazda on a 2018 CX5. Although I didn't end up purchasing a Mazda, I would highly recommend working with Michaela! She... was very knowledgeable, direct and made our test drive and overall dealer experience fantastic! She was quick to follow up after our meeting as well. I wish I could have worked with her on the car I ended up purchasing, that's how much I enjoyed dealing with her. Long story short, go to Wellesley Mazda, ask for Michaela, you won't be disappointed!

    I've bought a (used) new for me car a few times in my life. It's never a fun experience. But this time around the process for the most part felt easy... and rather low-key. I enjoyed working with a female in sales, Michaela Mulry. She was responsive, informative and had a very good sense for what I was looking for. Micheala has helped make the process smoother and has answered my questions or found answers. I'm so pleased thus far with my 2015 Mazda Cx-9! And I know if I need to reach out to her for anything she will be available.

    I had a good experience leasing a Mazda CX-5 in November, so 10 months later, when it was time to get our daughter her first car, we returned to Wellesley... Mazda. Michaela Mulry showed my wife and I the two used cars we had selected online -- both CX-5s, took us on test drives, and answered all our questions. Our daughter loves the car we purchased for her (sight unseen). And I appreciate how Alex sits down with the new owner in the car and explains all the features.

    Michaela was wonderful to work with. I went in to buy a used car as cheaply as possible. Hardly what most salespeople look forward to, but Michaela was... great. She was patient and remained interested in what I needed and made great efforts to make sure that I felt happy with my choices and comfortable with all aspects of the sale. I would absolutely go back. To Wellesley Mazda and to Micheala. The finance Dept. was also excellent. Marissa and Krystal were super helpful and I always felt that they not only were good at their jobs but were looking out for me as well. Fantastic experience.

    We went looking for a car but were open minded about our options. Our first day, we went to 4 different dealerships. Our favorite car was the CX-3 but... we still kept our options open. We then looked at 2 more other dealerships but we kept coming back to the CX-3 and specifically, the Wellesley Mazda dealership that treated us the best. Through a few visits, they were extremely patient with us, explaining all the different trim options. We went on two separate test drives until we were 100% sure it was the right car. Everyone we spoke to was great and we got a very good deal on a great, safe car. It was great knowing that since the salespeople were not on commission, we weren't pressured. All the other dealerships we went to immediately tried to sell us a car without being informative and letting us take the time needed to make the right decision.
