I bought a VW GTI from these guys. The check engine light came on shortly after I bought the car. They did not hesitate to replace the entire coil pack, all fuel injectors and cleaned out the intake valves, no charge. Instead of going cheap and replacing only the parts that were throwing the error code, they went above and beyond to make sure the car was fixed right. I would recommend them to a friend.

Excellent Experience, There aren't enough words for me to express the amount of gratitude that I have for this dealership. I came in in search of a vehicle to accommodate my ever so growing family. Like any large family, I have a tight budget to work with and steering from it would cause financial straits in my home. I only found 1 vehicle that would do the job, unfortunately for me it was substantially out of my price range. I explained to Bill the owner that I was a deploying Sailor and needed my family to be taken care of before I went over seas. Immediately he took on the mission of helping me and my family out. I left the dealership with a fantastic SUV, well under my budget if you start counting all the extra warranties that he threw in to put my mind at ease. i normally dont like looking at cars in this city because all of the car lots are dirty looking and the dealers are liars with wayy over priced cars, i so happenly was driving down the way when i got off work and noticed this lot was very clean and i had seen the car i was looking for anyway so i decided to go in ... let me tell you people i got Blown away and swept off my feet with their CUSTOMER SERVICE i felt like family at this place never have i ever went to a dealership and felt so welcomed Bill and his staff are amazing i wasnt pressured and i wasnt rushed and most importantly i wasnt looked down upon , and i was looking very crazy that day they took their time with me every question i could ask they answered CARFAX was the first thing they gave without any problems so i purchased my BMW X3 . I am so happpy and thankful i purchased here at this dealship they prices here are unbeliveable i thought something was wrong with them but reality is they are just Good people trying to help those with bad credit get back on thier feet and on the road ,i can honestly say this dealership does not sale LEMMON CARS so you safe here ... with these people. Dont believe me GO IN SEE YOURSELF ....

I live in Los Angeles and thought I'd give it a shot since I wasn't pleased with many other dealships I had gone to. When I got to the dealership I was more then impressed with the prices and variety of vehicles on the lot. But when I met the owners I was taken back. Bill and Sussan are two of the most nicest people you will ever meet. They work with you and make sure that you get exactly what YOU want. I felt very comfortable and at home with them. Because my credit isn't so good I didn't think I'd be able to get a vehicle under my name.....and because they worked to the best of their ability to get me approved I was able to drive off that same day in my new BMW! All i have to say is WOW.. I was looking for a truck at other dealers but wasnt impressed but they quality of vehicles they were selling or their personalty.. I was driving by and saw a Crewmax in Higlines lot.. I stopped to check it out then met Bill.. I talked with Bill for over an hour, not about the truck , financing, or money but like we knew each other for years.. Bill is a genuine guy not your typical car lot owner but a true honest down to earth guy wanting to make sure you leave happy.. He made me feel at home. His wife Susana, the finance manager, is the same way.. This is an outstanding couple to get the chance to do business with The lot is clean as well as the office.. The quality of their vehicles is amazing.. Bill and his wife Susana are great people to deal with. An amazing family ran business that deserves more than 2 thumbs up.. I plan on buying another car from them very soon

We had a wonderful experience purchasing my 16 year-old son?s first car from Highline. We had been searching and searching for the perfect car when my son found Highline Auto Group. Being from Kansas I was quite hesitant to purchase a car from California without having seen and driven it first. I read reviews from others regarding Highline and decided to give them a call. Bill was wonderful to work with and put my mind at ease. He is very friendly, understood my hesitations, offered to take additional pictures of the car before I even asked, and told me everything about the car and its condition no matter how minor an imperfection may seem. When it came to getting the car home,I thought I was going to have to fly to California to pickup the car and drive it back but Bill offered to look into shipping costs for me. It turned out he was able to ship it for less than the cost to travel to California and pick it up which saved me money and time off work. Bill and Rosa were great to work with, very friendly, accommodating, and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase and happy throughout the entire process. I wish more business owners showed this level of customer service and understanding of their customers? needs. I won?t hesitate to check out Highline?s inventory when my next son is old enough to start looking for a car.

We purchased our 07 Hummer online from Highline Auto. It can be a scary experience to buy a vehicle site unseen. They provided lots of detailed photos, and where available on the phone to inspect the Hummer again, looking for any type of scratches etc. They arranged the transport of the vehicle, it arrived in just a few days. WOW, by far the nicest, cleanest Hummer I have ever seen. We were very pleasantly surprised. I would NOT hesitate to buy from Highline again.
