My wife and I came to look at a mini cooper and were amazed at how clean all the cars were that Bill has on the lot, and I mean really clean inside and out. We had been car hunting for a few weeks already and were more than fed up with the diverse car salesmen we encountered. Bill and his family were very honest and upfront and his prices are great for how good the cars are! He has kept all promises and taken really well care of us and the car we purchassed. The car had one problem the day after we bought it with the mirror and Bill was more than willing to fix it for us at no charge and on top of that was very accomadating. Because we are coming from Irvine we couldn't make it here until after hours for him to take in the car to have the mirror repaired, so Bill extra waited really for us. Service like this is rare these days. Thanks Bill!!!!

"WOW!! This is the cleanest car I have seen all day!" Was my reaction to opening the vehicle I went to see and test drive and I eventually purchased. The family owned and operated dealership is in the business of making relationships not just selling cars. Their experience made the process of buying a car pleasant and pain free. I have owed my car for a few weeks now and I enjoy it as much as I did that on that first test drive.

A husband and wife team (Bill and Suzan) own and operate and place emphasis on honesty, integrity, and taking care of thier customers. There was no hassle or sales tactics. I purchased my mercedes 350 clk here, and I love it. Upon discovering there wasn't an owners manual in it when I got home, I emailed Bill and Suzan and they had one hand delivered to my front door!! Talk about customer service! It is clear they take pride in thier business and keep quality inventory on thier lot. I test drove three cars at Highline, and they were all in good condition. This had most certainly not been my experience at other dealerships I had visited earlier that day. Highline made the experience of buying my pre-owned luxury car an unstressful and pleasant one! We will be returning here to get a car for my husband withing the next couple of years!

I AM A SINGLE FEMALE AND NEEDED TO BUY A USED CAR (MY LEAST FAVORITE THING TO DO).I WAS LOOKING ON CARS.COM AND FOUND ONE AT HIGHLINE AUTO GROUP. I ENDED UP BUYING THE CAR THERE AND I MUST SAY AFTER BUYING MANY CARS OVER THE YEARS THIS IS BY FAR MY BEST EXPERIENCE. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS. THE CAR HAD A FEW SMALL ISSUES AND THEY WERE PROMPT IN FIXING THEM.I FOUND THEM HONEST AND SINCERE AND HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THEM.

They don't try to pressure you into buying, they care more about your satisfaction and making a good buy, then selling you a car no matter what.
