Purchased new Kona from this dealership. While reading owners manual I discovered they had not given me the mechanical keys in case of battery failure. When I asked them they said vehicle did not come with mechanical keys. I contacted Hyundai customer support and they said it did come with keys and that the dealership would get them for me. After multiple phone calls with Hyundai customer support and Longs Hyundai ( who does not return phone calls), it’s been three months and I still do not have the mechanical keys. Drive the extra miles to a reputable dealer. Long’s is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with
