Ewald KIA of Oconomowoc

I purchased a car from Ewald Kia (Oconomowoc, WI) three years ago and, overall, I’ve been happy with the vehicle itself. However, my experience with the dealership has been consistently disappointing. Over the years, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to address my concerns have left me frustrated and disappointed. I have had a number of warranty and safety issues with the car and have received little to no response, despite reaching out multiple times to associates, managers, and even the HR department. Each time I visit the dealership, I’m left dealing with a different associate, which only adds to the frustration. It’s clear the dealership is struggling with staff retention, which may be contributing to the poor communication and lack of continuity in service. The lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable. Because of this, I would not purchase another vehicle from Ewald, nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone.

We recently leased a 2025 Kia Sorento SX from the great folks at Ewald Kia of Oconomowoc. We cant say enough about the courtesy, professionalism, and attention that was given to us through this experience. It was our first car lease and everything about leasing was explained in deatail. Kudos to Roxanna, Jeff, Matt, and Hunter for making this a great experience for us! Special shout out to Roxanna for showing us all the great features of this great vehicle and to Jeff for woking the best deal for our trade and the best price for the lease. Highly recommend seeing this dealership if you are looking to buy or lease. .

These folks were great communicators. Rather than focusing on setting up calls, they promptly responded to emails and answered questions in full. They also did a great job of telling me about details on the cars when I went to see it, and explaining plug-in hybrids. When it came to the buying stage, the pricing was clear and exactly what it was online. There weren’t any surprise bonus fees.

Just bought a Kia Carnival from Hunter Losch at Ewald's Kia Oconomowoc. He was friendly, ki d, knowledgeable and patient but never pushy. I suggest asking for Hunter for your next purchase and it doesn't have to be a Kia. He can sell anything! Thanks Hunter!

Dallas was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He got us into a great deal on a nice car. Would recommend him to anyone!

My 4 year old Sportage needed to be towed into Ewald because of engine failure. After 4 weeks (92,000 miles on car) of tests which were directed by KIA, they finally decided the job was under warranty. At that point KIA paid for a rental for me to use until the work was done on my car and could be driven home. It then took 3 weeks to repair my car. I am waiting to see if they will reimburse me for 2 towing expenses this issue caused me, and it was a good thing for me that my local; mechanic let me use his loaner for 4 weeks, or it would have cost me $1600 for a rental vehicle, which I was not willing to see if KIA would reimburse me for. I work EVERY NIGHT and need a vehicle, so all this time was critical for me. I would recommend EWALD, but NOT a KIA~!

10/10 would recommend going to Ewald Kia for your next car. Dallas was super helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole car buying experience. He was patient with us and walked us through the whole process step by step. He made what started out as a painful experience pleasant for us and will go back for our next car in the future!

I really had a good experience l just bought a new car and from finance through Mike and sales through Roxanne it was a pleasant experience Roxanne set my Bluetooth up so l could use my phone GPS etc she was wonderful l would say Roxanne rocks so thank you for making this process comfortable both Mike and Roxanne
