2000.00 and still not fixed
Do NOT go to Ewald. We took my husband's car in for a misfire on multiple cylinders on 4/16/21. They said that the car needed a tune up, new spark plugs, wires, etc for 1350.00. We agreed. Days later car is still not fixed. We were told that because the car had sat unused for 5 months the gas had gone bad and that it had ruined the fuel injectors, so they needed to be replaced. How can gas go bad over 5 months? Ok...so we agreed to another 900.00. Now two weeks later, we were told that the car has a bad cylinder and needs a new engine. What? The 2000.00 repair did not work. I said we won't pay because you can't fix it, and the car can't even be driven. The service person said they would talk to their service manager to see if we would have to pay. The service manager said that he didn't care that the repairs did not work, we still had to pay the 2000.00 for a car that can't be driven....BUT they were willing to roll that 2000.00 into a loan for a new car?? Are you kidding me?? You bilk us out of 2000.00 and think that we would want to buy a new car from you?? Horrible customer service! We've been screwed over by them. They should've told us 10 days ago they didn't know what was wrong with the car or how to fix it and just let us tow it somewhere else. STAY AWAY!

My son and I walked into Kia-Oconomowoc looking to test drive the telluride. I was in search of a vehicle due to an accident and my vehicle being totaled. I needed to purchase something quick. All together over a week and a half, I test drove 12 mid size SUVs and Alex Cochrane was our salesman. He is the ONLY salesman that took the time to show me the entire vehicle and how it worked and every function prior to test driving. That really stood out to me and I thank him for that. He treats everyone like they are family.

Total time from walking in the door to leaving with a brand new car was 2hrs and 10 minutes. Gregg Kasper our sales guy was an absolute pleasure to do business with....Tom the finance guy was also wonderful. Greg took the time to show us around the shop and introduced us to everyone. We are from Cudahy and it was well worth the drive to do business with them. Thanks Gregg and Tom for a wonderful car buying experience! ?

Needed brakes done. Service dept. resurfaced front and said back brakes were fine. Started squeaking and grinding driving out of their lot. Had to bring back to have the back brakes looked at (again)... now they have to be replaced because there was nothing there to resurface. GOING FROM FINE TO REPLACEMENT IN LESS THEN 2 WEEKS? I don't think so. Should have done it for free seeing that I had to bring it back because they did not do it right the first time. But NO...they gave me $20. off of full price. Now a few weeks later the fronts are squeaking again. Will not take back Kia Oconomowoc. Will go to a local repair shop. I expected much better from a dealership service department. So disappointed.

I recently worked with John Brugger and would recommend him to anyone! I actually already have :) Communication was great... not only in person, but John was very responsive via email and answering many questions I had prior to making my final decision to lease or to buy. He is very upfront and honest - and not at all "salesy." I loved how I was able to take home the written estimates with me to digest over the weekend. I've bought many cars, and was never able to take anything with me! Nobody really likes the car buying experience, but this one was actually good! My only complaint is how long it took to start the paperwork process... but once I got in the finance office, it was a breeze.

New Car experience
I worked with John Brugger on a lease for a new vehicle. John is friendly, knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to work with. He makes one feel comfortable in discussing needs and wants and is very willing to work with a person to get a car that best fits that person. He was more than willing to have one take a ride and answer any questions about the vehicle. I would definitely refer John to friends and relatives looking for a new or used vehicle. The dealership is clean all areas seem to be well maintained and service has always treated me right in the past, so I have confidence in this dealership to provide whatever service I may need. The waiting area is pleasant and the people I have met have all been pleasant.
