They sell recalled cars and act like nothing is wrong so if that doesn't scare you off I don't know what will. So folks believe all bad reviews at the end of January I purchased a cute little 2015 Ford focus. I got the paperwork to drive off the lot and nothing else because they assured me I could pick up the rest when they put new tires on the front of the car. That should have been the first red flag. I go back for said paperwork, owner says oh we can mail it. Nothing comes so I head back. The woman at the office said oh we can't mail it, it has to be printed and it's at the other office. So again empty handed. Then the car starts giving check engine lights like crazy and actually shuts down on me twice while driving. I go to auto zone and they put on the diagnostic O2 sensor it says. So I'm calling the dealersip like crazy because I paid the all outstanding downpayment and even my first payment the whole time asking to service the car and no one calls back. By this time I'm 2000 in the hole for a Ford focus. I call like a mad woman to the Ford dealerships no appointment available to rekey the Mykey feature for outrageous prices. Also regular appointments are full not too mention the 500 pricetag for service. The American Federal auto sold me the vehicle with the understanding that service could be done with 100 copay so I wait again to no avail. The kicker is I call a mechanic today and he tells me that the car maybe under recall. A recall that went out a year ago for that model a year ago and sure as xxxx I check and it is. Wholeheartedly don't trust these people, i did because i was in a bind with no cosigner and my credit was down the toilet. I was a fool. Use my experience to not let them make a fool out of you. Btw how do you sell a car with no admin key and don't say a xxxx word. Those things are at least almost 500 by themselves. Smdh..

The owner very rude a disrespectful, he cursed at me pointed his finger in my face and yelled at me repeatedly. I would never send Any one to this man he has no respect for customers or women

American Federal Auto is the ONLY place I will go or recommend!!!

wife went back to look at vehicle and protester was picking the dealership for bad service on a vehicle they bought.

I shopped all over the web, papers and different dealerships. American Federal Auto, no question has the best deals. Not only was there pricing lower than other places, there cars were nicer too! The people there were much more pleasant to deal with than other places, and took the time with me to get ME in the best car for ME! Bottom line is these guys WILL help you ( even when your credit is totaly in the drain ) and not make you feel like second class citizens just because you might not be in the best credit cituation with not very much down right now. OH! if Chris Howard is available, make sure you get his help! I love American Federal Auto for what they did for me!!
