Sales staff and management utilize those typical pushy sales tactics that make car-buying a complete hassle and cringe-worthy experience. "I'll go back... and ask my manager" routine and make us wait there, with no respect for people's time. And then after the third round of this, and the manager actually comes over, he is completely unaware of our situation or what we were requesting, which just shows this whole routine is simply a game. We did get a good deal on the Mazda we purchased, but the experience of buying that Mazda was not pleasant and I would not recommend this dealership.

My experience at Faulkner Mazda today was a great one. They went above and beyond to work with me and to help with the complications that were presented... because I was buying from out of state. I really appreciated the leeway and would highly recommend them.
Did research online and landed on the CX-3. Arranged for a test drive appointment online. I was very apprehensive because I had never done the whole process... start to finish. My sales person (Jamie) did a great job of making me feel relaxed and never pressured. We went through pricing/payments and every question I had was answered honestly and I felt like I was getting a good deal (again with no pressure). We discussed the options/color I was looking for and even though they did not have one on their lot, they had one delivered for me that week. Overall time spent at the dealer was about 2-3 hours between test drive day and pickup/paper signing day. You can't ask for anything less stressful than that.
I am very disappointed in this dealership. Test drove a Mazda-6 which we drove over an hour to see (and they knew this). After the test drive, we went... inside to see what type of deal we could do and the salesperson (whom I won't mention) came back with the exact sticker price and an offending low number for our trade in. We tried to discuss the price, etc. and they were not willing to negotiate. They let good business walk right out their door. I will not do business here and I will make sure I let others know - don't make the drive. I have plenty of other Mazda dealerships closer to me who did not offend me and listened to what I needed. I will take my business there.

I was more than pleased with the service I received at Faulkner Mazda. From my initial inquiry to the actual purchase. I felt like the only one purchasing... meaning the attention was on me. Each sales consultant was more than friendly and helpful. They did not make me feel rushed and pressured. I would recommend their services to my family and friends!
My husband and I were very happy with the sales associate, Laura Knepp, and the process of a "no-haggling" price guarantee. I was a bit disappointed when... test-driving my car and when I picked up the car that the car had no paper floor mats to keep it clean. I also requested on a sales document to make sure that the car was vacuumed and clean before pickup. It was clean except for the 4 floor mat areas. The dealership could use more parking sites for customers that are near the front door of the sales building. Also, an expanded ladies bathroom with a private entrance would be nice. I was never able to use it because of one person in there for a long time.
My current vehicle is a CX-5 and it is my third Mazda. I always take my vehicles to Faulkner Mazda for service because I know they are dependable and if... I ever have a problem they will find it and correct it. The service staff especially Jeremy is always friendly, knows and calls me by name. He keeps me updated on recommended services needed depending on the mileage. The waiting area is comfortable and welcoming. All staff I have encountered are friendly and attentive.
I went to Faulkner Mazda in search of a CX-5 and a few days later, I drove away in a new CX-5! The staff was very helpful in my first car-buying experience... and were very willing to answer my questions. I worked closely with Pete and Amanda who were both very knowledgeable of the car and helpful in answering texts, calls, etc. The men in the service area were also very friendly. Not a "pushy" sales team. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car!
