I bought three cars there a scion used motor went out paid for two years after wanted to trade for a used car but was pushed into a dodge journey very... basic for 36 thousand dollars I was told I could trade it in for a better car after six months so I did but they told me they could only sell me a truck Evan more basic for 46 thousand dollars now they tell me to pay on it for a year then they will get me a good deal I don't think I want any more good deals this one is 760 dollars a month so guess it will sit in the pasture didn't really need a truck I already have a truck expensive lesson learned but their bait and switch is spot on

The service dept. worked well with me to get a date scheduled for recall repairs. Check in process was quick and they got me to work in plenty of time.... They were timely in picking me up after work, to get back to the dealership. Service staff was very friendly. After a recent out of town trip, my car needed to be washed, and they did a super job with that too!!

I have bought/traded a total of 8 vehicles through the Eddy's dealerships since 2013 for myself and the wife. This will be the last time. I traded in... my 2014 Silverado pickup for a 2015 jeep wrangler and absolutely love the vehicle itself. I agreed to buy on a Thursday and explained I'll be back after a quick vacation and pick the vehicle up Monday evening. I was super excited at this point. I mentioned after the test drive there was a popping noise in back but was assured this was going through service still and they would identify the issue. No biggie because I was out of town and left them with plenty of time for service and detailing. Signed some preliminary paperwork and left for vacation with something to look forward to when I came back. The problem was in the service and financing. I understand the "process" and it takes some skills on both sides for everyone to be happy. I get back from my quick getaway and stop here before even going home. Immediately upon entering the finance managers office I was greeted with a 3 point increase on my interest rate than what I know I qualify for. When I questioned what he quoted me he became immediately defensive and said he hated when customers thought they knew "banks and interest rates". I walked out and called the manager over. We got it straightened out, whatever, I know how this works right? I got a service contract to cover my vehicle as I believe they can still be beneficial. Then I get the vehicle. Awesome. Super excited to go drive around my new toy and show it off to some friends. Boom, this thing is dirty. They ran it thru a quick wash and vacuumed it out. There was no detailing. My engine bay looks like they only drove this on dirt roads and I dont even see handprints where they checked any filters or opened the hood. I was disappointed. Back to the popping noise in the back, it was still there after taking delivery of the vehicle. I'm a busy guy with a demanding job and was not able to make an appointment for this noise for almost 3 weeks after the fact. Cool, whatever, call the sales department and they say to go ahead and make a normal service appointment. I go in this morning after making an appointment and am told they need it for at least half a day. I ask if they have a loaner and the service advisor was so quick to say "no" with no empathy or other resolve that I have to believe he just didnt care and probablydidnt know or want to deal with giving me a loaner. I started to get a little irritated at this point and brought up the fact that this popping is the same noise that I told them about before purchasing. They didn't care and it was obvious. I had spent xxxx good money with them for years on vehicles and service contracts and just wanted to be treated fairly, not special, just fairly. I left with no intention of ever going back. I will take my service/sales business elsewhere from now on and regret all the business I have done with them in the past. I am in the process of refinancing and will be cancelling my service contract with eddys and getting a more trustworthy deal which also includes a service contract through a bank I've used in the past for vehicles. Educate yourself on auto financing before going as the finance managers make a lot of money by upping the interest rate that you actually qualify for and huge profits are made from the service contracts. Go to your own bank and they can be way more helpful with interest rates, warranties and ultimately saving money. I would also recommend if you have any doubts at all about the condition of a vehicle go ahead and get a second opinion from another service department. May cost 50 to 100 bucks but could save thousands if you are out of warranty and may reveal the truth about some of these dealership service departments. Reagan tried to make it a good experience but he can't control everything.

So we have order the parts and told me to be there a certain day. I show up they told me the parts not there yet to come back next whatever date. Unlucky... for me I live an hour and a half away. Never called me to let me know. I researched and found a Jeep service place closer to me so I decided to call eddys and cancel any future service that I have scheduled. You can tell they weren't happy.but I at least have them a call.. They weren't too rude just short and lack Attentiveness.

It has been the worst customer service I have ever had for buying three new vehicles from this dealership in a two month period in 2016 my 2016 Dodge ram... pick up has been in the shop 11 times and has had for factory recalls and when I confront Eddie’s about this they want to charge me to fix the problems with the truck that has 120,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty they have not stood behind this truck from day one it went in the shop three months after I bought it and all total it has been out of service six months and two weeks in three years The customer service is pathetic I have asked a dozen times to speak to upper management about this and never once has anyone from the main office bothered to give me a call I suggest highly that You do business with a different dealer if you’re looking for any of those brands of vehicles
