I have an issue with my 2017 Chrysler 300 S in which my engine will not stop running at random times when I press the run stop button. Everything else... turns off except the engine. This issue began in June 2020. Eddies service informed me I needed to replace the Transmission control unit at a cost of $2000. I eventually agreed to this repair. When I picked up my vehicle the original issue was gone but my vehicle did not shift properly. Very hard and unexpected shifts which had never happened before. Back to the dealership for another day. They did further work and fixed the fix they screwed up in the first place. Everthing was good for a whole 3 weeks. Now I am back to the engine not turning off when I hit the run stop button. So in total I have had my vehicle at this dealership for 5 days over time. I have spent $2000. It has been 3 months. I still have my original problem and as of today the dealership has no clue as to what is wrong with my car or how to fix it. The one thing they are sure of is they have my money and are not really interested in my concerns

The service dept. worked well with me to get a date scheduled for recall repairs. Check in process was quick and they got me to work in plenty of time.... They were timely in picking me up after work, to get back to the dealership. Service staff was very friendly. After a recent out of town trip, my car needed to be washed, and they did a super job with that too!!

I took my son to Eddy's Chrysler Chrysler Dodge Jeep, we went ahead and purchased a vehicle, or I thought we did. Signed paperwork gave them a down payment... and took a delivery of the vehicle ( is what they call SPOT-DELIVERY), a few days later they call and said that they needed more money down, we agree to give them an additional $1000 for a total of $2500. Some time later maybe a week later they call and said that we needed to bring the vehicle back because the financing didn't go through. We brought the vehicle back, however they wouldn't give me my entire down payment back only a portion of it because the vehicle had miles, I believe this practice is not legal since it wasn't our fault they allowed us to take the vehicle home...!! May need to take legal action towards them.

I hit some road debris and ruin the front tire on my 2016 Ram 2500. I called Eddy’s Dealership . They did not have my tire in stock but located one that... day and had me back on the road . This is the second time I have used this Dealership . I am very pleased with their service.

Tara did an amazing job. Very friendly and helpful. Kept me informed of status. She is a keeper. No problem at all. Did not wash car due to owner requests.

I bought a new Challenger sight unseen. The car on there web showed 37 miles the odometer disclosure showed 60 miles when I got the car it had 537 miles.... With the high speed reading at 126. It was dirty with mud on the passenger floor and also the drivers side. I live 800 miles away and I will never buy a car without seeing and driving in person again. There GM when I called made me feel like I was the problem. Not happy with the dealership and wouldn’t suggest anyone buying from a distance without seeing the car first.
