Although the salesman was nice the finance guy added around 8500 in warranty's when you get a free warranty on the car, making you already way upside down on the car and won't take ownership or rectify it by giving that amount back to loan. They want you to cancel and get a prorated amount on it. WATCH OUT VERY SHADY on the finance end of it.
How long does it take
Service done 12-21-22, Problem was the Oil Cooler. Brought my Jeep Sierra 2017 at 8:20 am waited until 11:20 to find out the problem. Okayed the repairs and I tried to get an update at 2:30pm and 4:00pm as that is when the weather got bad. I live 20 minutes from dealership and trying to get a game plan on picking it up. Call at 5:10pm and they close at 6:00Pm. But it wasn't ready any how so made a trip in bad weather for nothing. Said it would be done next day and would be filled up with gas. Let's say it was not pick-up but paid for because the next day was the snowstorm. No need to drive to get it then. So got it on Friday the 23 and it was not filled with gas. Just have all the time in the world if going here. More things went wrong, but minor items . It did get fixed
The sales, finance, and insurance crew were all fantastic. Very personable and spent a lot of time listening to what I was looking for and then going out of their way to make sure they found it for me! I liked that they actually had the cars advertised on the lot and no push to “pre order” like other dealerships.
A very poor customer service
very poor customer service. I had a tire with a sidewall nail that could not be repaired. I had an extended service agreement that required the dealer to take pictures of the tire and submit paperwork showing that it was non-repairable. My service advisor told me that Eddie’s normally didn’t deal with that company and that I would have to take the pictures myself and submit all documentation to get reimbursed. After explaining to him that I had no way of taking pictures of the inside of the tire, he agreed to do it. I received a call a couple of hours later, saying that the tool to lower my spare tire, which was the tire that held the nail wasn’t in the truck and that I would have to bring it in. I asked if they did not have a way to lower the tire since it was a Dodge dealer and this was a Dodge ram truck . He told me they did not, and that he would not look for one. I did not have the tire fixed and Eddie’s lost a sale and a future customer. My Dodge ram is a 2020 and I live 7 miles from the dealership but will never return.
Great service. Went in for just an oil change and they rotated my tires, vacuumed my truck and gave me a software update. Very friendly and on time.
Meh… merely average and subpar.
Service experience wasn’t terrible however I paid a lot of money and I expect all things to be covered like vacuuming out the inside, making sure the check engine light is off, and maybe clean my windshield. I checked out and was about to leave when I noticed these things. Luckily the service manager was understanding and took the initiative and did it.
Tara the service writer did a great job getting our repair done. Kevin the service tech did an awesome job fixing our jeep. Experience was great.
