Braeden was really kind and I didn't feel like I was

Braeden was really kind and I didn't feel like I was being attacked by car salesman vultures. I was really nervous the first time I came in but the second time I felt more confident. I wasn't overly reached out to outside of meeting in person. I've never had a car buying process go so quickly. Will gladly pay a little more than I was offered elsewhere for a smoother more comfortable experience.

they were ready when I brought my car, they did a quick

they were ready when I brought my car, they did a quick inspection and found a problem that I had known about but had forgotten to bring up, and fixed that problem along with the oil change and tire rotation I'd come for.

The service agent was very good and understood my issues.

The service agent was very good and understood my issues. He gave concise answers and did not push me to do unnecessary service. I also really liked the service inspection video. It shows the customer that the technicians do in fact do a careful inspection. Very cool.

The experience was great.

The experience was great. I was in town on vacation and had a tire issue. Came to the business as a walk in and was greeted kindly and worked right in. Fixed my tire issues quicker than estimated and had me back enjoying my vacation. Thank you, Modern Subaru of Boone.

I was able to go to the Subaru website and configure the

I was able to go to the Subaru website and configure the car I wanted with the accessories I wanted. After submitting that to the dealer they ordered the car. Yes it took several weeks for the car to arrive but I was not in a hurry. The car came in and it was exactly what I ordered. Couldn't be easier than that.
