Amazing Service

Paul and his team are an amazing group of people. They seem to really care about its customers. They go beyond and above helping you out. They are very professional but kind at the same time. There is no need to go elsewhere for Volvo service. Thank you Paul and his fantastic team. You guys are the best!

Rocky start but good results

Kudos to Joe for responding to our needs at a time when our prior lease was ending. I had called many times previously asking to talk with someone but only got voicemails. Likewise, endless automated promotional offers from Kristy which were misleading. When I finally made voice contact with Joe, the whole process went smoothly with a competitive lease for a car that fits our needs.

Surprisingly positive experience

Most of us generally dislike the car buying experience, but my experience with Riley Volvo was tremendously positive. Would absolutely recommend the dealership to friends. Both the salesman and the finance manager were a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful Volvo dealer had such a easy process. I dealt with paul foley and he made the experience perfect and my wife and I appreciate that. Brought vehicle in for service. Was greeted by super friendly staff and provided with a high quality, upscale and brand new loaner vehicle. Service staff was very knowledgeable. Cost of the service was transparent, dealer discount was applied, overall cost was very reasonable. Service staff were very knowledgeable about the vehicle. A big shout out and thank you for Ross and the service technician for the quality work.

We confirmed our lease entirely via email, text and phone call. We knew what we wanted and were shopping for best price and best experience. We got both. Quick responses. Personable and knowledgeable. Easy. This is in contrast to various other tri-state area dealers who were slow and/or inconsistent responders, couldn’t get close in price, or just were not nearly as pleasant and positive to deal with. In a time when nearly every aspect of daily life is harder, this was a refreshing and unexpectedly simple process.
