Service department is professional, efficient and customer orientated. Have had my BMW's serviced there for about 10 years, never experience upsell or unneeded recommendations. Opposite has been true, when talking to service about what I thought I needed,they frequently advised why I didn't need service. Truly customer centric in today's environment. Highly recommend.

I had some maintenance that needed to be done. Everyone was very professional and courteous and they explained each step to me before proceeding. And they provided a loaner vehicle since the repairs would take a couple days. Highly recommend

I brought my car in 12/15 for a service light issue. Steve Griggs was busy but went the extra mile to take care of clearing the light on my dash through the menu system in my 335i. just a inspection issue' but i was thinking something major. I was on my way in no time. Thanks again Steve!
