When my oil diagnostic came on, the dealership made me an appt the next day. Each employee that encountered me I the waiting room asked me if I was being taken care of as I waited on my oil change.

Every visit the service costs increase. Shocked at the cost of suggested fixes from my X3, with 80,000 miles. They estimate over $8,000 in repairs/maintenance on a car that feels to me to be running fine. Shocked! Losing trust. Guess i won't be getting another BMW. TOO expensive to maintain. Have had all regular maintenance done sas scheduled with no problems. Hate my run flat tires, akthough i got over 60k miles from them. A mistake, by BMW, Iin my mind.

Hilton Head BMW is a very nice dealership. The customer service care employees are very attentive and helpful. The waiting area is nice and clean. The snacks they offer while a customer waits are fresh. The mechanics are knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is pets are welcomed and I'm terrified of dogs.
