Always have a positive experience here. I have to travel about 40 miles to have my BMW serviced here but consider it worth it. All the service advisors I?ve dealt with were great (currently working with Lindsey).

Sales person was terrific-finacial process was a little less. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional-was one of the reasons I purchased X3 on first visit.

Dealership was very up scale-very professional. Sales rep-Carlos Pacer- was excellent. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Was the main reason I purchased car on first visit. Financial person could have been better-more professional.

When my oil diagnostic came on, the dealership made me an appt the next day. Each employee that encountered me I the waiting room asked me if I was being taken care of as I waited on my oil change.
