I had some maintenance that needed to be done. Everyone was very professional and courteous and they explained each step to me before proceeding. And they provided a loaner vehicle since the repairs would take a couple days. Highly recommend

Our service rep (Casey) went above and beyond for us. She arranged quick major repair before a trip and was able to overnight our parts. And she was super nice.

I brought my car in 12/15 for a service light issue. Steve Griggs was busy but went the extra mile to take care of clearing the light on my dash through the menu system in my 335i. just a inspection issue' but i was thinking something major. I was on my way in no time. Thanks again Steve!
