Excellent service and communication.

Excellent service and communication. My advisor Adison kept me informed and made the checkout process easy and fast. Brad also helped make sure my warranty was handled properly. My technician Dave gave a thorough video describing the repairs to my vehicle. Excellent service all around!

Very professional.

Very professional. Informative .... listened to what I was interested in and never became too aggressive or pushy to force a decision .... let me take my time and make my own choice. Answered all questioned and helped guide me through the final buying process. Was a very enjoyable experience.

Great service department.

Great service department. Worked tirelessly with warranty company to obtain coverage for wheel and tire replacement. I am very satisfied with the level of service.

Was on vacation in Hilton Head and X5 decided it did not

Was on vacation in Hilton Head and X5 decided it did not want to leave, so car was towed through arrangements with BMW roadside assistance to the dealership. The technician was very thorough and made sure we were going to be confident on our 800 mile trek back home. We did not think about how we we were going to pick up the vehicle when it was finished but Adison seamlessly arranged for an Uber to pick us up at our resort to bring us to the dealership, on their dime (very impressed). Everyone I spoke to at the dealership were absolute professionals and knew their job. I can?t thank them enough for getting the job done swiftly and getting us home safely.

I was happy with everything except that, after picking up my car, my cruise control no longer worked. It worked when I dropped it off.

Knowledgeable staff.

Treated very well by Steve Griggs, service advisor.

Treated very well by Steve Griggs, service advisor. Was very comfortable waiting. Car was washed which is appreciated. Only issue was that oil change took longer than expected. I know that you get the service diagnosis as a courtesy to insure your car runs safe. Was told the service department was overloaded with oil change appointments, I was given a 25.00 for the oil change and the extra waiting time . Will recommend and use then again n.
