I drive a 2023 mini Cooper s model , I had a flat tire in the rear of the vehicle. I contacted hilton head bmw service department spoken to Kristen Rismlier a service advisor , she ordered me a new tire by next day and service my vehicle. Kristen was very professional and highly recommend this dealership.

A great service encounter
Service at Hilton Head BMW was courteous, efficient and timely. Service advisor Brad Woodcock provided great service, was friendly and there were no surprises as the bill was actually slightly lower than the estimate. I recommend them with confidence.

I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Head BMW when I purchased my new car in 2021. Brian Shirley was a wonderful salesman! Unfortunately, I recently needed a new tire but had the pleasure of working with Brad Woodcock in the service department. There was a delay in getting the tire but he kept me informed and I was able to have a loaner car. I had a wonderful buying experience and working with Brad in the service department was a pleasure.

Ordered a new 2023 430i convertible from Brian Shirley. I walked in knowing what vehicle I wanted and Brian helped from start to finish. He kept me informed on process and delivery date. On delivery day shout out to Joel Barrow who took his time to talk to me and help with all my questions. I would recommend dealership for anyone wanting a new BMW.

They didn't want to negotiate price at first.
I started with a rookie sales person. I was handed off to one with over 40 years experience. Ended up with a lightly seasoned sales person. My last sales person was hungry and was working for me. Isaaca was great and made me feel like she was there for me and was invested on getting me a great deal. I purchased a used vehicle but noticed that nearly all of their vehicles were low mileage and was cleaned and detailed extensively. I would highly recommend checking them out for not only New BMWs but also their selection of used vehicles. I finally felt like I was getting a deal and was treated fairly.

Shortly after purchasing my M3 (out of state) I had an airbag restraint system malfunction appear. I wanted to take it to the dealership to run a diagnostic as well as a general inspection to make sure everything else was fine. They had me drop it off on a Friday and told me they had an “M specialist” coming in to run an update because they weren’t comfortable messing with it. On Monday I had a voicemail from the dealership asking to touch base because after investigation they recommended an entire computer module replacement due to an after market tune they believed was responsible for the issue. They estimated between 3-4 grand for the replacement. I told them I was not aware of any tunes on the car and wanted a second opinion because something felt off. When we asked to speak to this “specialist” we were told it was actually a collaborative effort and charged me 150-160 for the time spent investigating. I took it to ASM BMW in Savannah, and Alex was phenomenal. Within an hour he was able to telll it was a simple airbag sensor failure and there was no tune on the car. He fixed it within a day and charged a fraction of the price. I would caution customers to do their research and listen to your gut if something feels off

Hands down the easiest purchase I've ever made in the car business. The level of professionalism, humbleness and how appreciative the staff at HH BMW is from the receptionist to the GM especially a top knotch finance team is unprecedented. You know your in a luxury show room and are family not just a customer. Vertus, Margaret, Bob and Domonic were hands down tier 1 when it came to my purchase. What should have been a tough deal.was handled with such ease. Keep up the good work team and keep on delivering that A+ service!
