While the process of buying a car is very long, I felt very good about Concellie and my dealer, Jacob. I felt comfortable with the information and left with the car I wanted!

Good Service

I like the new service center. The service is good and Im pleased with how prompt they are. Bob Calhoun was very pleasant and helpful. The pick up and drop off service is really helpful.

Loved the professional car buying process

I was looking for a new car but didn't have the best credit. Rick Basso came up with a solution to lease that I had never considered before. I have a new car in my budget with all the options and more than I thought I would be able to afford. I just found the dealership for me.

Amazing Customer Service

My wife and I had an excellent experience with buying our new car from Conicelli Toyota, and especially Salesperson, Erik Stiteler. Erik was well educated about all of the vehicles that they had to offer and made the purchasing process a breeze. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership, and Erik if you are in the market for a new Toyota!

Outstanding!

My daughter, who will be graduating college in a few weeks, was experiencing difficulty obtaining a car loan, and desperately in need of a new car. Many dealers advertise promotions for recent college graduates but don't be fooled, it doesn't work quite as advertised. A google search returned a link to Conicelli in Conshohocken, PA and my call was answered by Niima. Niima shared her own experience obtaining a loan as a college graduate and suggested Conicelli Toyota as a solution. She was knowledgeable of the process, friendly, and confident that if there was a way to put my daughter in a new car, Conicelli could do it. Niima handed me over to Alan (Eddie) Rahme, who, with the help of the Conicelli financing department, put my daughter in a 2014 Toyota Corolla. Alan is delightful, extremely knowledgeable of the Toyota vehicles and bursting with enthusiasm. This young man, relatively new to the Conicelli 'family', is an asset to their team. Toyota's are outstanding vehicles. I traded in my 1992 Celica, with over 200,000 miles, for the Corolla. I currently drive a 2002 Toyota Camry. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Conicelli Toyota in Conshohocken. If you are looking for a great experience buying a new car, visit Conicelli Toyota in Conshohocken, and ask for ALAN. You won't be disappointed!

Satisfied new car purchase

We traded in a Camry 2002 with 100,000 miles in excellent shape for a new Camry 2014. The sales representative Mr. Robert Gillespie was great. He provided excellent guidance and information for us to make an informed decision.. In addition to being very informative Mr. Gillespie was professional and had a pleasant matter. He obtained for us a good price for our trade-in.

Great Experience

This is the first time I have visited the Toyota Service Center even though I live right in their back yard. I was some how stuck to another dealership. This place is awesome and the people are wonderful. Excellent customer service!! The waiting lounge is one of the best I have seen.
