STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY! The worst buying experience the worst customer service literally the worst dealership I’ve ever experienced. My “2024 Atlas premium r line” has been in the shop since January 6th. They provide 0 customer support. 0 customer service. I’ve had to contact their corporate team to resolve this. I am now submitting for a dealer buy back rather than give these people a penny more. Trust me, there are so many other options. Don’t chance it here.

Three weeks my 2022 Taos has been as Huntington VW, First

Three weeks my 2022 Taos has been as Huntington VW, First they ordered the wrong part. This also happened on my 21 Tiguan they ordered the wrong part which delayed my repair. My Taos has been there for three weeks due to a bad ECM, per VW its been back ordred not Huntingtons fault but they have yet to provide me with a loaner. You call and no one bothers to respond to you. Left messages for Melvin the Service Manager just ignores you. Called VW of America no help..so VW has no ETA on the part needed to fix my car, Im paying for a car i cant use, no loaner they could care less how you get to work beg borrow or steal. Cant help but think some favoritism is going when it comes to loaners because I didnt purchase the vehicle from them. But my 2021 Tig was. They are usually pretty good but this will definitely be my last VW purchase not becasue of the brand but the people who represent the brand.

AVOID!

AVOID!! RED FLAG!!! I went to the dealer today to buy a Jetta and they refused to give me an out the door price.. when I asked for more info, they mentioned there is a $450 non negotiable prep fee!! Are you kidding me? Who knows what else they are hiding in there. I went to the Volkswagen in Riverhead and was offered an up front honest better deal without that xx. What a joke of a dealer.

Volkswagen Huntington has provided the absolute worst

Volkswagen Huntington has provided the absolute worst service that I have ever encountered. I purchased a brand new 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan in August and it has already broken down 3 TIMES with the same issue. I have only had the car a little over a month. Each time, I got the car towed to Volkswagen Huntington and they told me the issue was resolved. Clearly the problems were not fixed properly. They also have still not reimbursed me for the tow charges. In addition, they only provided me with a loaner after the first issue. It took them a week to finally provide me with a loaner. This is clearly a lemon but the dealer has not entertained the possibility of getting me a new vehicle or allowing me to break the lease. Volkswagen Huntington is absolutely awful and I do not recommend that anyone purchase a car from that garbage dealership

I can't believe what a nightmare that VW dealer turned

I can't believe what a nightmare that VW dealer turned out to be. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear they didn't give a xxxx about customer service. Sure, things seemed alright when I was checking out a car and taking it for a spin, but once we got to discussing numbers, it all went downhill faster than a runaway VW. First off, there's this guy, Eli, who apparently thinks it's his business to know what kind of research I'd do before making a decision. Like, excuse me? That's my own affair. But instead of respecting my privacy, he starts badgering me to buy and talking down to me like I'm some kind of clueless chump. Then, just when I've had enough and try to make a graceful exit, what do I hear? He joked me with the frontdesk lady and said "get out". Real classy, right? So, I demand to speak to the manager, Fred Recchia. He pulls up some bogus discount offer like that's supposed to make everything better. Newsflash, Fred: I didn't even want to buy from you creeps with such bad experience, so what good is a discount to me? And as if that wasn't insulting enough, when I told Fred that I want a simple apology from Eli. Fred said he can't do that. so what kind of manager? But oh, don't worry, they promised me some vague "internal process" like that's supposed to restore my faith in humanity or something. By the time Fred finally coughs up an apology, I'm already out the door, but not before catching sight of Eli and his buddies having a good laugh at my expense. Talk about adding insult to injury. Needless to say, I'll never set foot in that sorry excuse for a dealership ever again.

Very unprofessional, after waiting several hours for my

Very unprofessional, after waiting several hours for my turn to be checked out by the finance team on my purchase, Shawn decided that another Sales Specialist and his customer should go ahead of me. Very disrespectful to my Sales Specialist and myself. Great way to build customer loyalty, referrals and service business, huh.
