Have a 2022 qx 50 , schedule maintance , Marion was awesome . They were quick and also nice to clean and wash my car before retuing back to me . I have alway recieve great services there and commend the service guys for an outstanding job . Always a pleasure thanks guys .

I took my car in to find out what was causing a rattling
I took my car in to find out what was causing a rattling noise under the hood. After the service dept checked it, I was told what they said my problem was among other problems. I called to prepay and get my car scheduled for an appt to be fixed of the rattling noise. The credit card service was down, and was told I would be contacted in a couple of days. Well, the couple of days has turned to a few months and I have still yet to hear from them. I took my car somewhere else and they diagnosed it with something different. I took it to another person just to see what they said and they said the same as the 2nd shop. I paid $200+ for incorrect information. I'm glad I wasn't contacted for the appt to pay close to $1500 for something that wasn't even the problem. One positive thing I will say is that the people I came in contact with were very nice.

Repeatedly received conflicting information from service
Repeatedly received conflicting information from service dept. Was never able to get my car repaired here. It was a minor repair. Asked several times to speak to service manager but was never allowed to speak to manager or even technician.
