Excellent service they took me right away I have been

Excellent service they took me right away I have been using Hedrick Chrysler Jeep in Concord for 5 years I bought my 4th Grand Cherokee from this dealership again this past March I decided to buy the Grand Cherokee L Limited 4x4 because I needed an extra seat for family visiting. This will not be my last jeep either I will buy another one in the future

This dealer has serviced our Jeep since day one.

This dealer has serviced our Jeep since day one. 7 years later, they still look out for me, with a free oil change, and the inspection revealed other work that needs to be done in the future. I trust them and will return for all service needs.

I was helped out by Jeff Stark and man oh man this guy is great at everything he does!! Not only did he help my find my dream car he also helped me get a great deal as well!!! 10/10 would recommend doing business with Jeff and i 100% will be coming back to get another car! DO NOT SHOP HERE IT YOU ARE A WOMAN. my husband and I came here in September to purchase my car (2023 Durango) It’s the beginning of December and my car has an oil leak. I called and made an appointment 12/6 to get it diagnosed, when I arrive at the service center, the service man, Dana Pearson, tells me that they cannot diagnose my car that same day. Also, that they cannot provide me a rental until 12/13. Dana had 0 empathy, he was not helpful at all in getting an alternative resolution. I’m not sure if he doesn’t like his job or was having a bad day, but the way he talked to me and treated me was so unprofessional and had 0 customer service. I come back the following day, 10/7, with my husband. Dana did a 360. He was polite, he apologized & even shook my husbands hand. HE MANAGED TO SOMEHOW find a rental car that same day. His attitude changed completely once he was dealing with another male. The rental we were provided smelled like marijuana, it’s obvious someone smoked in here previously.
