Runnnnnnnnn They sold me a extended warranty on car with 9k miles after I told him no I don't need anything else. The sales guy will hook you with lies then finance will squeeze the rest out of you! Went to take my car for service and the service Manager gave me a dirty rental with low tire pressure. The proof of how much they care about me is in the picture! Chip the manager didn't help Mr Hendricks he wanted cover for his team and not make them apologize. Alls i asked for was a apology from the sales guy who lied the finance manager who held back my mom's 50 check and made us wait 3 hrs and the guy who called me and my mom broke for asking for her money. If we so broke how did we walk away with a 40k truck? Alls I did was come to do business with you because the guy in service treated my mom so good she gave me the recommendation to come see you! 100 people asked where did I get my truck and I couldn't give you 100 referrals now just imagine if they did the right thing how many sales would have come there way. I just seen this review from another person and the reason why I came in for service was the oil change and after that my light came too. I'm not sure if that's what your training them to do but i see a pattern and it's not looking good for your business. Based on all the reviews I keep finding your team is leaving a long trail of the same things. I pray for yall!!!
