Dishonest - Beware!

I purchased a 2017 vehicle that was involved in a prior accident but was not advised. Also to find out that they sold to us a salvage title car, without informing us about it was a salvage title. We found out upon receiving the salvage title when in the mail. I had the car for less than three months and had to purchase a brand new engine ($7,200) because it was beyond repairable. Very upsetting, and disappointing. Buyers beware and walk away. They will only bring you disappointment!

Skimmers

It used to be Marx Motors LLC... The biggest skim ever!!! They sold to us a salvage title truck, without informing us(the buyers) about it was a salvage truck. We found out about it was a salvage title when we revived on the mail!!!... it was very upsetting, and disappointing. We went back to the purchase agreement, and the seller wrote on it “Buyer aware: prior salvage title”. When I saw him writing on the purchase agreement after I signed, he told me he was just writing “sold as is”. #skimmer #scammers #horrible

The representative answered all the questions I had on the vehicle I was interested in within a day by email. He was respectful and seemed honest to me.

Great place

My experience was a good one. The people were friendly and courteous. I found what I was looking for somewhere else but if I hadn't I'll be right back there.

frustrating.

I wanted to test drive a car there so I called ahead of time to make sure the car was still there. When I called I asked if they still had that car they said yes. I then told the man on the phone that I would be coming over later that day to test drive the car but when I came 3 hours later the car was not there. They said that it wasn't going to be there till next week. Frustrated that I drove 30 mins for nothing.

Not sure of the Total Situation. But it would be unusually to tell a customer we had a car and it wasn't there. It would be nice to had more information. We have over 100 vehicle our lot. Like who she spoke to and on what vehicle. Sorry if that did happen it would be frustrating.

Called before I drove and hour to look at a car -

I called before driving to location, was told Carfax was clean. I go to look at the vehicle and the door clicks, doesn't line up, color is different, has waves in the paint and finish, and then he says "Yea we replaced the door it was damaged". I asked if the Carfax was clean and they said no. I walked away.

Horrible business ethics..used car stigma realized

I drove 45 miles to look at a car and thought I had a handshake deal in place to come back the next day and then was sent an email saying they sold the car. I offered to put down deposit and they said "no worries..see you Monday": Very disappointed in the experience and when I emailed them back for an explanation, nothing in return. As an owner of a business, I would highly recommend you stay away from this used car experience that will certainly go wrong. Just very poor ethics.

Nice and helpful

I worked w Mike for my buying process of a Subaru outback. I ended up not going with Mikes car but he kept me informed and was very knowledgeable about the car. So even though I did not ultimately buy from him, he was very helpful. Just found a similar car w the options i needed that his car did not have.
