Bring the car from r and oil change and a sensor repair and have to bring it back because the sensor repair tire was now flat and had to keep airing it up just to back it throughout the day. But evertime I bring this car up to your shop something else is not right. Before that went to get the air fix and the guys left out stuff and didn?t know where it went. Had oily head prints on the windshield inside the car. The only reason I continue to come is Derrick Rice if he was not there I would never use you all. He always makes it right. I had so many problems with this car since we brought it.

While traveling we were an accident that resulted in severe damage to our vehicle. Everyone at the accident site suggested Gwatney for the repair, so that's where we had it towed. Fast forward a few days and the vehicle was declared totaled. We shopped the lot one day and came back the next day to test drive and ended up with a purchase. We were treated fairly by the body shop and front end sales. We couldn't have asked for a better conclusion to an ugly accident.

My sales consultant [Rajhan Gantt] was extremely helpful every step of the way even when I clearly was having a hard time deciding the right vehicle for myself. He was very patient and answered every one of my questions. When I finally decided on the vehicle I wanted he made the paperwork happen quickly so before I knew it I was signing and driving off in my new vehicle. This has been my best car buying experience Ive had and I appreciate this company, not only for selling me a great car but for making sure I understand the vehicle and the warranty included.

Great service department
I had a tire issue on a trip. The small town I was stuck in didnt have the 20 inch tire for my Acadia. The service team was great with getting the tire ordered up, swapped on my vehicle, and getting me back on the road all in the same day. Mary was great on the phone from my initial call to helping me get the tire ordered before I arrived. Derek greeted me with a handshake and welcomed me to the dealership. He got the car in quickly and updated me when it was finished. Thanks guys!
