Awesome service and friendly folks! Very welcoming and attentive! Well kept and clean facility. Comfortable while you wait! Called Sam my salesman about a problem with my seatbelt. He had service call me back. They told me to bring it in anytime. Brought it in first thing the next morning and they took care of it and washed my car! Love this place!

Walked in and I was immediately welcomed by Mr. Grant. I let him know what i wanted and he found it. I was hesitant at first about purchasing my first car but Mr. Grant made my experience very smooth and memorable. He helped me set up the app and even went the extra mile to go find the bow and out it back on the car just so i could get a picture.

12/28/2021 The service department has a lot to be desired. Steve Verdi, the service manager is the rudest man that I have ever met!! Chatham Parkway Lexus does not like to service cars that are NOT bought at Chatham Parkway Lexus. Paige McDuffie the service consultant said so several times! Buying a Lexus is the biggest regret of my life due to the service I have received from Chatham Parkway Lexus!! I paid for my air conditioner amplifier to be reprogramed and it was NOT. My air conditioner is still blowing HOT air. Steve Verdi told me, "Do not ever come back to my store! We will NOT service your car since you called Lexus Corporation on us." Steve Verdi then threw my paperwork and keys into my car. I have called and reported this to Lexus. I have also called and left several messages for the General Manager to call me, but I have not received a phone call from him. DO NOT USE CHATHAM PARKWAY LEXUS!!! THEY SAID THEY REPAIRED MY LEXUS, BUT THEY DID NOT!! $562.14 This has to be the worst I have ever been treated by a car dealership!!!

We happily service all Lexus customers regardless of where they purchased their vehicles. Furthermore, we have no problem with anyone calling Lexus. The issue was that our associates simply do not have to withstand abusive behavior which is why you were told not to return.
I was very kind and professional. I was not abusive or rude to anyone at Lexus in Savannah. I never spoke to, or saw Steve Verdi until he walked out and told me "Since you called Lexus on us, you need to get your things and get out of my store and I will NEVER service your car again!" I am the one that was abused and treated unprofessionally. I hope this will bite ya'll in the butt. Chatham Parkway Lexus in Savannah, Georgia is the WORST most unprofessional dealer I have ever dealt with. I will continue to get my story out there. People need to know what a rude, unprofessional, mean, abusive man Steve Verdi is!!! Karma will take care of this!!! I pray you loose a lot of business due to this.
Your service was paid for, but Chatham Parkway Lexus did NOT repair my car. What a disgrace to the Lexus community!!!!!!

I just traded a smaller Lexus (2020 NX300 hybrid) for a 2021 RX350. I had a minor issue and was unsatisfied, but as soon as management was aware of it, the problem was not only resolved, but they went over-board to make certain that I was pleased. Excellent customer service, and the entire team did everything possible to be certain I was beyond thrilled with my new car. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle!
