Great Experience!

I am a first time Lexus buyer. Scott and Walter were my contacts. Both were very patient in answering my questions and allowing me time to make my decision. Scott was able to locate the car with the specifications I requested. He actually was able to get the car to the dealership a day earlier than expected. Overall, my experience with Chatham Parkway Lexus sales team was a great experience.

Needless to say... I LOVE my car

In November, 2018, for my upcoming anniversary, my husband insisted I replace my aging Prius with a Lexus. How in the world could I say NO to that suggestion!!! I had leased several Lexus vehicles in the past and was always so happy with everything about the driving experience they offered. Our go-to dealership was Chatham Parkway Lexus in Savannah, GA since I had done business with them in the past and knew that they took such good care of their customers. We were not disappointed when we got to the dealership and were introduced to Sam Grant by my old friend, Al Chester. Sam was such a calm, well informed salesman and immediately made us feel comfortable. We knew we wanted a Lexus 350 and Sam explained the many new and improved features of this vehicle that had been implemented since I had driven a Lexus before. He showed us an older model and then a beautiful 2019 white pearl Lexus 350...we were "in love" already. Sam carefully and slowly described the interior features and answered all of our questions. Then we got to test drive the vehicle and once again Sam told us about safety features to look for. Of course by this time, we were satisfied that this was the car for us! Again, under no pressure to make a decision one way or another, but wanting to let us know about the financial details, Sam obtained that information and presented us with several options and resulting payment plans. We settled on a three year lease, Sam led us through the different steps of signing all of the necessary paper work, then turned us over to Al Chester who would complete the business part of the transaction. Throughout this entire time at the dealership, everyone was so very kind and eager to make us feel comfortable. We got even more information from Sam when our Lexus was turned over to us along with the keys and huge red bow picture taking moment. Sam repeated that if we had any issues or questions, we could call him or send him a text using the contact information he gave us. He also recommended that we might want to attend a "new car school" on an upcoming Saturday morning at the dealership. In the next several weeks, I did contact Sam several times and got an almost immediate response. We also received a very nice Christmas present (personalized Lexus coffee mugs and yummy muffins) from Sam. I did attend the new car educational meeting and was very glad I did. We got to meet the service manager and other dealership personnel and ask questions. It was a very valuable session...again we new car owners were treated with patience and given concise, useful answers. I highly recommend Sam Grant and the entire group of folks who work at Chatham Parkway Lexus. They are the BEST! By the way...I LOVE my car...no surprise there....

Professional and Proficient

First, the sales person came out to greet us as soon as we arrived at the dealership. He didn’t care about our personal appearance and was professional. Secondly, Mr. Grant was willing to answer any questions concerning the sale...,the financial and durability of the vehicle with the assistant of the team managers and financial staff. Lastly, to put the icing on the deal we were overwhelmed (a big red bow and the best humor) that’s what I call great customer service !!!

Happy Happy Happy!

Thank you Chatham Parkway Lexus for putting me into a brand new Is300 F Sport Car. Love this car. We are extremely happy with the customer care and service we received. Our Salesman Scott DeBrae was nothing but awesome. They had a great inventory to pick from and all the staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you again for getting us into an awesome car...

Great experience

Even though I didn’t buy the vehicle I was looking at RX350 I must say the salesman I was working with was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. Scott DeBrae was not pushy or over aggressive like some salesman I’ve dealt with in the past. When I am ready to buy I will be back & will ask for Scott.

Very Honored

Words can’t express how happy I am for meeting Scott DeBrae. I change from a BMW 750LI to a RX 350. I’m happy he is on Chatham Parkway Lexus Team! Keep Up the good work, and thank you for honoring my husband for being in the military. I will truly refer friends and family !!!

The sales manager is very rude and the cars are over priced

Chatham parkway Lexus is horrible. The car sales manager is very rude. They cars are over priced. I purchased a brand new 2019 Lexus ES 350 today, from Bulter Lexus of South Atlanta for $7,000 cheaper.

Great Service

Sam was exceptional in understanding or needs and working through the process of purchasing another Lexus. If and when I decide to buy another vehicle I would call Sam.

Walter Hoover was an excellent sales manager!

The sales manager, Walter Hoover, at Chatham Lexus in Savannah, GA was simply excellent and very helpful. Walter made my transition seamless from my 2015 RX 350 to 2019 RX 350. He made the purchase of a car with no stress! He came through with everything he promised. I highly recommend working with Walter Hoover!
