Great Customer Service

I make it a point to take my Lexus into Earnhardt instead of taking it to a local Toyota dealer in Prescott for service. Andrew Wilson is a fantastic service rep. He is truthful, courteous and knowledgeable. Naomi in the loaner car department is also a great asset to the Earnhardt team. Always friendly and ready to get you back on the road. Great place to do business.

I took my car in for 90K mile check

I took my 2013 Lexus in for its 90K mile service. My service manager, Rick Johnson, answered all my questions (as usual). I have worked with Rick on the service of my car since I purchased it. He is very professional and knowledgeable. There was no up-sell to get something I didn't need like I have experienced with other Lexus dealers. I highly recommend Earnhart and am willing to drive from Fountain Hills to receive the service needed.
