This was our second purchase from Earnhardt. Suk Chang was our sales rep for both. Knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. What started out as routine service on our ES300h turned into the purchase of a RX350h. Cleva made the paperwork part painless. Can’t say enough about how positive the buying experience was. Also want to mention Richard Vasquez in the service department. He has been the service advisor for the ES300h. Efficient and an excellent communicator. I’ll be back with the RX. Highly recommend Earnhardt Lexus!

Prior to my current vehicle he maintained my Lexus IS250 at this same location. Richard's level of knowledge and demonstration of courtesy and professionalism are stellar, and he is an asset to the Company.

After extensive research I decided to buy the 2026 Lexus IS 350 F Sport Sedan. I had heard good things about Earnhardt from a friend. I was matched with David Bader to assist me. He was very friendly and laid back. I appreciated his professionalism and down to Earth personality. He made the buying process painless and stress free. I really did have a great experience buying from Earnhardt Lexus. David went to bat for me and helped me buy the car, a little out of my budget, but he helped save me some money. I really love my new car now. The pictures he took of me and my new car were nice also!

Lindsey Pierson has taken great care of my cars since I moved to Phoenix. I’ve really never had any mechanical problems because their preventative maintenance is so complete. Their work is always done quickly, and the car comes back looking great.
