The Sales Team and Service Team were excellent - Angel,

The Sales Team and Service Team were excellent - Angel, Tony and Doug - The only suggestion - not to the sales team but to the Finance Director is that when e- mails are sent to Customers - albeit former Toyota executives let alone traditional customers that proper writing ettiquette be followed as opposed to simply pressing a button with a pdf. Times certainly have changed and I can state emphatically that this is not the Toyota Way. If not for the sales team I would rate this a 2.5 star . By the way Jan is the epittome of what Lexus set out to do at its inception as well as Angel, Tony and Doug.
