Alfredo was very nice to work with. However, they quoted me a LOT of items that needed to be repaired. My Mazda is five years old and has 20000 miles on it. The cost to repair/replace everything they said it needed was 4 times my budget. Also, I had it in there 6 months ago for an oil change/service, and they didn't mention it. I took it to another mechanic to review, and he didn't find nearly the problems this place did. I feel they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. It's a shame because it's convenient for me to go here, but I won't be taken advantage of.

I have been a customer of Russell & Smith Mazda Service for well over a decade -- almost 20 years -- but with the current team for 10+ years. They are the most fantastic group you could hope to meet. Bryan, Stephen, and Nathan have taken care of my old-school Mazda Tribute (and me), and they and the entire service team are the reason it's still on the road at 200,000 miles. I trust them completely every time I leave my vehicle for service, big or small, which is so important in a city like Houston where your car is a must-have and not a nice-to-have. They are kind, thorough, fair, responsive, and patient and I'm so grateful to know they're there if I need them. A+ all day, every day.
