Service rep was very nice and friendly.

Service rep was very nice and friendly. Waited for 90 minutes only to be told at the end of the day my car would not be ready because a machine was broken.

My battery died on the lot as I brought it in.

My battery died on the lot as I brought it in. What good luck. My advisor, John Mullin, took care of me right away as he always does. He is very thorough and is unfailingly polite and professional. The always helpful folks in the loaner car department took care of me. The car needed additional work that took another day so I was very grateful for the loan of a car as this servicing was unplanned and I had already scheduled appointments to get to that day and the next. This is my second car from DeVoe and the service keeps me coming back.

Service was done faster than quoted.
