worst experience ever sold me a truck that had a bad

worst experience ever sold me a truck that had a bad transmission on it took it back 5 days later almost had to get on my knees to have them check it sure enough service admitted it had a bad torque converter refused to take it back but said i could trade it in on another truck they refused to fix it unconcerned about anyones life with driving it never do any more business with these crooks

Alli George was great to work with again when buying a

Alli George was great to work with again when buying a 2nd vehicle. However, the reason for buying a 2nd vehicle was due to a poor service department. Matt Almond has shown how Landers Toyota takes responsibility for damaging a vehicle. We took our Avalon in for A/C repair and somehow the mechanic shorted everything out. Matt and his team did a horrible job on communication since October 2024 when the car was dropped off for repair all the way to buying a replacement in July 2025. His comments and lack of attention to this issue has been brought to light. I just hope people realize this is not the same Lander's Toyota that made people drive miles away to purchase a car.

Having sales rep Jake Beam work with me for the third Toyota buying experience, made me realize how lucky I have been. Jake is professional, efficient, extremely well organized and make purchasing the coveted Toyota vehicles a comfortable and pleasant experience . In my opinion Jake is definitely an asset to Landers Toyota, and will advance with opportunities.

The sales guy was not the most proactive.

The sales guy was not the most proactive. Wasted a day with intermittent back and forth conversations with a car I was prepared to buy, only to be told that they do not deliver vehicles and I’d have to make the 400 mile trip to purchase in person. After all this time spent to be denied a sale, there were no apologies, just a goodbye. Afterwards, I visited CarMax and easily purchased the same car trouble free and it is currently being shipped. In my experience I would not recommend Landers Toyota.
