The sales guy was not the most proactive.

The sales guy was not the most proactive. Wasted a day with intermittent back and forth conversations with a car I was prepared to buy, only to be told that they do not deliver vehicles and I’d have to make the 400 mile trip to purchase in person. After all this time spent to be denied a sale, there were no apologies, just a goodbye. Afterwards, I visited CarMax and easily purchased the same car trouble free and it is currently being shipped. In my experience I would not recommend Landers Toyota.

Worked with Korena Ray for purchasing a preowned vehicle. Excellent customer service and a no pressure environment. I loathe buying vehicles and being swarmed by salespeople and this is first time I have bought a vehicle and not been agitated the entire time. Thank you Korena!

My salesman, Jason Thomas, provided me with unparalleled service throughout the entire process from locating the perfect vehicle, keeping me updated while it was in production, and making me feel special when I picked it up. The dealer had listed a car Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro for

The dealer had listed a car Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro for $599 after contacting them, they change the prize to $80,000. They are not trust worthy. The sale manager even lough at me, because I was trying to buy the vehicle. I have photos and emails to prove it all. This is not costumer service. Is more costumer betrayal.

It was not a good experience.

It was not a good experience. I was told that the vehicle needed a lot of work done to it. When I inquired again about the Jeep, I was told that it was sold to an auction. I did not feel like the sales person was being honest at Landers Toyota. I was told one thing and then it switched to something else. I don't want to deal with people I cannot trust. So, I am still looking for a jeep.
