My wife and I decided it was time to check on an upgrade

My wife and I decided it was time to check on an upgrade for her 2024 Hyundai Palisade even though it had low mileage. Since we have become a one car family, I also traded in my Mercedes Benz SL500. Working with Glen Gasbarro was a pleasure. My wife walked into the sales room and Glen immediately asked how he could assist. She said she was not sure if it would be worth it, but would like to know what the difference was between the 2024 and 2025 XRT. Although there was very little difference, there was a 360 camera features that she wanted. After explaining the differences, she wanted me to come and work with Glen on the upgrade. Glen was very diligent to have all the paperwork in orde so we could work through the trades to arrive a final figure which we thought was much better than other dealers had offered. We also wanted to do business with Glen and Crown since they are closer to our house and my Mercedes was maintained by Crown Mercedes. We would highly recommend Glen to any and all of our family and friends.

It takes forever (more than 2 months) to get an

It takes forever (more than 2 months) to get an appointment except for an oil change. They have had my car for over 5 days and still haven't diagnosed it. I left multiple voicemails. I have to walk in to ask the status of my car. The staff is very nice but the service needs lots of improvement. I will be looking for an alternative service area. My next car will not be a Hyundai, regardless of price.

John You was fantastic!

John You was fantastic! He helped us find the right car. He was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining everything about our new Hyundai Tucson to us. He helped us learn all the new features. Without him, we might not have bought a Hyundai.

I had an excellent experience working with Eric N. From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and got me into the car I really wanted at a rate I was very comfortable with. Lori Kalnasky and the whole dealership did a great job

Lori Kalnasky and the whole dealership did a great job helping me deal with my car situation. I was in from out of town with a major car crisis and Lori put me at ease and helped in every situation including transportation to and from the hotel I was staying at. Overall excellent experience with Lori and Crown!!!
