Best Yet Car buying Experience

My Salesman , Steve Bednar of Crown Hyundai/ Genesis , did great job. He was patient, not pushy and had excellent product knowledge. After the sale was concluded he took his time with me explaining all of the features , buttons, phone hoop up's etc. All in all a good experience.

Wayne Rudge is a great salesman for Crown Hyundai

I visited Crown Hyundai to see what new Hyundai’s were available at my lease end. Wayne Rudge assisted me and my wife and made the entire process as easy as I was told it would be in the phone. When leasing or buying a vehicle contact Wayne Rudge first. Danny Lai and Mark Bowen were excellent and very professional.

2019 Santa Fe first maintenance service

Very pleased with this dealership. I called to make an appointment for our maintenance service and was given a time for the same day. Awesome is the only word I can say, we live in Sarasota and this is the 3rd Santa Fe we purchased from Crown. Thank you August Lascola for making me feel like family!!! Also never publicly thanked Justin Hoffman (our salesman) for listening and finding the vehicle we wanted!

Ryan Murray Rocks

I am so pleased with the service at Crown Hyundai! I took my 2015 Sonata in for an oil change and it turned out the engine needed to be replaced. I had to be to work that afternoon and was feeling anxious i wouldn’t make it on time with no car and no idea what happens next. Ryan wasted no time explaining they had a rental car service on the way to pick me up and bring me to a rental car, all i needed was my drivers license! I made it to work, my car had a new engine installed by an experienced team of mechanics who kept me up to date on why and when. All this nearly ten days earlier than anticipated and covered by my warranty. Thanks Ryan Murray!! You do Rock! Keep it up all of you!! One more... As i waited for my car a separate time there was a mother and her children waiting as well. I know how hard it is to wait with little ones. The Woman working at the Cashier took several minutes of time which is quite a bit when the place is busy, asking around to make sure a separate area away from the crowd of people was unoccupied, to ensure the mother was able to be in an area where her children could be a little more free to play! This is amazing!! I’m sorry i don’t know everyone’s names, However Everyone in Every department has been kind and friendly, right down to the free shuttle driver! Thanks! I’ll be back!

Changing My Review

Understand first this is not a review on either the salesperson who sold me my used 2011 Santa Fe not the service rep who helped me today. They were both great in their respective ways. Instead it is about the dealership as a whole. Just about three weeks ago I bought a vehicle from Crown Hyundai and I was pretty pleased with the deal. I returned two days after the purchase to get a side view mirror fixed and it was popped back in place and away I went. This morning I had to go back in because the speed sensor in my car had gone out and both assemblys in the back had to be replaced to the tune of $485 each. Otherwise the car was telling itself to not let me go very fast because the brakes were wonky. I also had to have a door sensor replaced because even though it shut/locked it wasn't sensing it and I couldn't arm the alarm system. I also had to have a speaker replaced because when I went in for the side view mirror two days after purchase I was told it wasn't a "performance issue" so they wouldn't touch it. $970 for two speed sensor assembly units $84 for a door sensor $380 for a speaker unless I wanted a lesser one that was different from the rest of the car I understand it was bought used, I understand the factory warranty was expired by age.of the vehicle. What I don't understand is that there was supposedly a major check done on the vehicle before purchase get less than three weeks after I just spent $1542 in repairs. That's SEVEN times my car payment and I haven't even had to make a payment yet. It's not fair or great customer service and I am unsure on sound suggest the dealership itself despite my initial review.

Hyundai for the win

We love Hyundai. We recently bought a Kona after having two Elantras for 15 years. The team at Crown made the experience very simple. Wayne Rudge was a pleasure to work with! Buying a new car was not something I was looking forward to doing, but I am so glad we finally decided to do it.

Ryan Gibb Sincerely cares about his customers

We shopped for a car with Ryan for two months before deciding on a car with him. It was a long process and Ryan could not have been more helpful and more patient with us. He returned calls and did what he said he was going to do. We are happy with our purchase in part because Ryan made it a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Ryan Gibb.

Always a pleasant experience

I had my vehicle serviced by Olivier and it was such a great experience. I have never felt so comfortable with getting my vehicle serviced. He had an answer to all my crazy questions. I worry about my car since my husband has passed. Olivier is always there to help me. Even when i call he always returns my calls to help me the best way he can. Crown is truly lucky to have such a great asset to their company. I would really like to tank everyone but especially Olivier.
