I have to mention the Service Department and Jarred Ziemak here also as we had an option installed today (the part coming in promptly after Sonja had it ordered). Our car was completed before the expected time and that is always a "plus!" Our experience purchasing a Hyundai at Crown Hyundai was indeed a pleasure. It was our first experience shopping for a car thru the internet as well as leasing a car. We were fortunate enough to have Robert Hogan as our sales consultant. We had not purchased from an auto dealer in recent years we were highly skeptical of the dealers and personnel. We shopped several dealers before Crown Hyundai and were pleased not to find a boiler room atmosphere. Robert Hogue was as fine a representative that Crown or Hyundai could have working for them. Mr. Hogan’s careful explanation of the car and features and handling of the entire sale and delivery was above all expectations.
