Their prices were by far the best in the valley, and the job they did was absolutely fantastic. I bought my BMW 740li from Ash Auto Group and it was a quick and easy process. They gave me a great deal on the car and I am very happy. I love the car. My only slight complaint is that when I went to pick up the car, it needed an oil change. I wasn't expecting that. But, like I said, I got a great deal on the car and there were no other mechanical issues, so I'll let it slide. If you hate the vultures at the big dealerships, this car buying experience is perfect for you.

I know Jonas as a work associate and actually didn't think about requesting his services till later. I had bought a car in Texas. Living in California created a bit of a problem for me to acquire the car. I contacted the Ash Auto Group and eventually spoke with Jonas. I explained the situation and wanted to transport my car from Texas to California. First of all if and when you speak to Jonas you'll know immediately feel at comfort in speaking with him just based on his tone level and his way of carrying a conversation. Jonas gave me a brief explanation on how the auto transport system works and assured me everything would be taken care of. Having work with Jonas I relied on his expertise and came through on everything he said. He did all the leg work and save me dollars and more importantly my car was in perfect condition (a bit dirty but outside transport and long distance so it was expected). The gentleman that delivered my car was easy to talk to and honest. I highly recommend the Ash Auto Group for quality of service and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them as well for purchase of car. The Ash brothers helped me into a BMW 335i that I am quite fond of. Everything from the beginning was an open book. I worked with Andy to purchase a 2003 Mazda Tribute and it was the easiest process ever. The vehicle is immaculate! I Never felt like I was dealing with a used care salesman at all! Got a car that I thought there would be no way for me to own. After going to dealership after dealership, and they trying to put me in a car I don't want, and also saying need a couple thousand down. I called Ash Auto, and Andy helped me get a loan on the sweetest BMW around. He even took my clunker ride I rolled up in towards the price of the car. All in all got the sweetest ride around, and only paying for three years, unlike those other dealerships wanting me to cruise something you don't want, and paying at least five years. gotta say, they have a really good customer service, they offered me a good deal in a car the i bought from them, they even picked me up from my place to give me a ride to their location to pick-up the car, they treat you really good and listen to anything you are looking for. i would really recommend them to anyone. i think this is the first time i had i good experience buying a car. thanks to ASH!
