After looking for what seemed years, I found my late model Land Rover LR3 at Ash Auto Group. I worked with Andrew who was friendly, thorough, and flexible with a personal situation. AAG went over the car thoroughly and provided me receipts of all work done. In addition he provided detailed information on the car including model details, options, and services done. Having usually gone through the big stores for my purchases in the past I only came across Ash Auto because if the specific car they had. However, after going through the process with Andrew I can honestly say this was the best and EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had. I intend to use them in the future and have them ship the cars to me. I have never written a customer review before but after my experience with Ash Auto I felt they deserved every accolade I could share. Thank you Andrew. My family and I are thrilled with our car!!!

I dealt with Andy via e-mail and text messages and finally in person. Andy picked me up at the airport and drove me to his dealership. This saved me a 60 dollar taxi fare. We looked at the car that evening and took it for a test drive. Andy changed out the wheels and tires the next morning and also promised to fix an issue with the entertainment system. Andy made good on his promise and I am extremely happy with my BMW 650i Convertible. I would definitely do business with Ash Auto Group again. Customer service couldn't be better! I purchased a 2012 dodge charger from Andy and I am extremely happy with it. The car is in perfect shape. It's everything they said it was. I was an out of state buyer and I was nervous it being my first out of state purchase but Andy walked me through the whole process and made it as easy as he could. I even had to put it on hold for a couple of days due to our daughter being born during the buying process and Andy even held the car for an extra week for me. I had just totaled my new(used) Audi and the first thing I thought was I am never going to get as great of deal as I did on that car! I was also worried about timing and how to proceed with my bank.
