AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Can't get a hold of anyone and takes forever to hear back from anyone and when you do they avoid answering any of your questions!

Go Somewhere Else!!!

Ash Auto Group ⁩If I could give this company zero stars I would. I had the worst experience ever in a car buying experience from every person I have been in contact with there. The guy that was assigned to me as my sales person did nothing for me and made me feel like I was pretty much doomed with my situation, he even requested credit from the company of the current lender that I filed bankruptcy on and then laughed it off when I asked him why he did that. Also they call him the credit king because he supposedly can get anyone approved but he made me feel like he did me a favor because the last lender approved me as a favor to him. I apologize for the length of this but buyers need to be aware of this company. They have very little inventory and he said he could not get me approved for the car I wanted and then he said because I couldn't find anything on the website, he would walk the inventory that they had on their lot the next day and he would get back with me. I gave him two days by the third day I went to their website and got one of the owners phone number and texted him and told him about my experience and he replied right away and said that he would have the manager call me the next day and instead the manager had the same salesperson that I no longer wanted to work with call me and offer me what they considered an awesome deal and they would throw in an extended warranty and then said this was it and I needed to make a decision quick. So out of desperation and thinking that it was pretty much what I was looking for except the color... I took the deal. I was trying to give the salesperson another chance being that I was now buying this car but he would not return calls or text and I finally told the manager I no longer wanted to work with him. The manager sent me the paperwork to sign and this car was $5000 more than what I was told, I found that I was paying for the extended warranty, I was paying for the shipping of the car and whatever else they threw in there but somehow could not get me approved for a car that was $1000 more that had very low miles and still had a warranty 🤔 It took them weeks upon weeks to deliver the car to me and when they did the door trim was damaged and I was able to prove it happened on their lot and the manager agreed with me through text that the damage was fresh but will not talk to me now, he stopped answering calls and text after I presented the photos. I spoke with another guy there, the one who does the title paperwork and the plates back in October and here it is January and I'm still waiting for my plate and I called secretary of state and they have no record of my vehicle they said they have not received any paperwork for me so I called the guy back and he said paperwork was sent a month ago and he would look into it and still no call or text back. I have never in my lifetime had to deal with any dealership as shady as them and would not recommend them to anyone, EVER! I work in the automotive industry and I have never seen such unprofessionalism. ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩

Angela I'm honestly surprised by this review, especially after everything I did to assist you with your concerns. You received all of your paperwork via email/docu-sign and had as much time as you needed to review everything. We sold you a vehicle at the agreed upon price/payment, nothing was changed. As far as the supposed damage, I asked you to take a photo of it and send it to me. The photo you sent did not show any damage. You also contacted us over 2 weeks after receiving your vehicle. We declined because of the timeframe, and because you weren't able to show us what you were referring to in any pictures. I will admit our sales associate dropped the ball initially getting back with you, and that has been addressed. I apologize for that inconvenience, and once I got involved your transaction was finished immediately.

Buyer beware

No customer service. Had to replace motor in a truck I bought from these people. Then had no transportation when the said the truck would be done on 10/5/22 it isn't and won't replace the rental I had. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN . BILL LUKE CHRYSLER DIES THE SAME OFFER

Austin did a great job! He made us feel very comfortable with the sales process, and was very patient with us. We are very happy with our purchase!

Great salesperson

Ray was outstanding and was not a pushy salesperson that you might find elsewhere, we found a car and did all the paperwork on it and found something wrong with it I backed out of the car and he was very supportive and we found another car which I pickup tomorrow, highly recommend Ash Auto.
