The employees were very helpful and professional.

The employees were very helpful and professional. The consideration of my needs and wants were fulfilled, allowing me to make a reasonable decision. I expressed my parameters to my sales person (Jovi) and he thoughtfully presented vehicles which I could choose and afford.

What is this

When I called I was immediately given an appointment. Got there early. Was accommodated. Luis and Jose was of great help to my husband and I. The vehicle we went to see and purchased is great. We recommend them for your need to purchase a vehicle. No pressure. No non-sense

Full of lies and antiquated sales tactics. Even tried to show me their "real" costs on a "secret" computer. Do not buy from these scam artists.

RIPOFF

My experience with the vehicle I purchased has been a nightmare. They sold me a vehicle which started having terrible problems, promised to fix, had my car for a week. Would not return my calls. After a week, they said they changed their mind and would not fix. I'm currently taking to small claims court.

Purchasing Dodge Challenger

I came into this location looking for a Dodge Challenger and Jamal provided the help in finding the right one showed me a few in their inventory I ended up getting a 2016 model with no major issues really digging my new ride. I'm definitely bringing my younger sister here for her to get her first car.

The car I got was actually in good working condition. But I didn't realize they tricked me on the price until after I went home and did the math. Basically made me pay a down payment and didn't deduct it from the price of the car and still charged me the full price of the car. So yea be careful as they will try to steal money from you. Also my salesman was a real xxxxx. His attitude changed after I decided to buy the car and then he started acting disrespectful to me. Also wasted a lot of my time when I went to pick up my car and none of the paperwork was ready. I was waiting for the lazy xxxxx for hours before he finally had it ready. He should have had it done and ready to sign since I already paid them my down payment days before I finalized the paperwork. Screw this place, never buying another vehicle from them, and never recommending them to anyone.

This dealership is horrible sold the car to me without a smog is jankey two I would never buy a car from there or I’ve never seen anyone there to get one so if you read this stay away from there

We put a deposit on the Xterra but it would not pass...

We put a deposit on the Xterra but it would not pass smog. There was an extreme lack of communication and follow up on the part of the dealership to communicate the status of the repairs to allow the vehicle to pass smog. We were frequently told that our sales person would call us back with the status - he never did. We had to go to the dealership several times to find out the status of the repairs. In other instances, we were on hold for close to an hour waiting for a status update - only to be disconnected. Finally, after over 3 weeks of this painful- like pulling teeth for information process - and still no car - we requested a refund of our deposit. The refund was granted without pushback. I will also note that this dealership adds a $900 theft insurance policy to all sales prices whether you need additional insurance or not…so add an additional ~ $1,000 to the advertised price of the vehicle.
