Ever been to a car dealer where you agreed to a price, put down a deposit, got a certified check for the balance due, then have them keep the car? We bought... the car on Friday, but these guys kept telling us we can’t oick up the car till they smog test it. after numerous calls on saturday, each with an assurance of a return call, we were told they were too busy to do the 5 minute smog test. they assured us it’d be ready on Sunday. We showed up with a certified check for the balance, but instead of giving us the car, they refunded us the difference under the guise it didn’t pass the test. when asked ti see the results, they told us they didn’t actually run the test. they said they knew it would fail, so wanted to fix it before running the test (we checked the bmw’s smog check history. it had passed every smog test including the most recent. they quickly returned my deposit. we were given different reasons why the car failed the faux test, depending on whom we spoke too. one salesmen, obviously not in the loop, remarked, don’t leave, we can get any car to pass a smog test. they are cheap people in expensive suits. stay away. far away.
The guy I spoke with over the phone was very nice and their staff was courteous. Other than that I cannot recommend this place because of their Shady bait-and-switch... practices. The price of the car is not the price you will pay. A car I was looking at ended up being 140% more then the price that was written for the car because they add extravagant fees such as a $995 dealer fee and a $495 transfer fee. And that is if you're paying cash, if you're being financed they told me they charge a $1,900 fee. I thought auto dealers were allowed to charge fees like this? Anyway I offered them a fair price in cash and they did not want to Discount the ridiculous fees so I walked.
I spoke to a salesman over the phone he was very helpful and pleasant.this is where I will buy my next car.its a bit of a drive but I think it will be... worth it.
before you go there because of low price, just add $900 on top of the advertised online price asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf
How does this place stay in business? Couldn’t believe how hard it was to get someone to help us. I was looking at a car that had been sitting on the lot... for 3-4 months. I went on a Sunday and waited for too long and left. I called the next day and made an appointment, only to show up and wait (there were employees available too). Finally test drove the car. Seatbelt was broken and the car was filthy. I’m pretty sure they bought that car, parked it, and never inspected it. Clearly, the driver’s seatbelt was broken. Buyer beware!!
I came out to the lot to look at a vehicle and no one from the sales staff came out to see if I needed any assistance. I walked around for 30 minutes and... no one even peeked their head out to see if I needed any help.. needless to say I will never be coming back to this dealership.
I called beforehand and they were pleasant enough on the phone. I came in later that day and asked for the person I spoke to on the phone. He was busy,... okay, so I said I’d look around. Three more employees came out but no one asked if I had been helped. Finally after looking over the entire lot I went back to my car and all three employees rushed over to ask if I had questions. I said yes a few and they said go wait inside... Uhhh, I had questions on the car I was standing next to. They were not helpful at all and showed literally no signs of interest until I walked off the lot. I’m not looking for five star service but it’s good to know how to speak with your consumers . I would also like to add that I went in on a Sunday and that there were five other couples on the lot and I only saw one being helped...
My experience with this dealership was not a pleasant one. It went like this... First, I sent them an email to their company email address asking some... questions about a vehicle they had. After about 5 hours of not getting a response (not even an automated one), I figured I would just give them a call (it would be probably be easier that way anyway). I talked to a salesman and he had me forward my original email to his personal email address and said he would get my questions answered and also send me some more pictures of the vehicle. After about another 3 hours with no email or phone call, I decided to text the salesman (he was nice enough to give me his number). I did not get a response of any kind until 1 AM in the morning. It was a text message with some additional pictures, but no actual message and no answers to my original email. The next day (at a reasonable hour), I sent another text asking when I could expect a response to my orginal email. A few hours later still with no response, I noticed that the price of the vehicle I was looking at increased a few thousand dollars, so again decided to call. The salesman answered the phone and said he was busy, but he would definitely get my questions answered and not to worry about the price increase (??). I never heard from him again (it has been a couple of days), and I am guessing the vehicle has been sold. Stay away from this place, they have no clue how to treat their customers - just read their other reviews...
These guys were busy, but not too busy to be really informative and helpful. Moved 8 cars for us to test drive the one we liked. The process was ultra... fast once we got back to the office and Although we didn't qualify to purchase without a cosigner, the information we received was super super helpful. Once I fix the few items on my credit report, I'll definitely go back to finalize a deal or see what their inventory looks like.
Reached out about a BMW with no response from sales staff. Called myself and spoke with two different sales people that had little to no knowledge of the... vehicles they sell. Response times are long to never. Having to push along the sales process myself, which is ridiculous for a dealership trying to sell cars. Moving on because the process has been so tedious and unprofessional.
