    Called ahead twice to see a car and TWICE they sent the car away to be looked at when I already had an appointment. Service is god-awful. Talked to one... manager named Alex and he is the only person I’d recommend here he tried to fix the problem. I’ve been pre approved ready to buy the car DAY OF only get to the dealership to wait 25 minutes only for the car not be at the xxxx lot. I say okay! Let me know when it’s done (in between this I called Alex who offered to lower the price) I get a call 10 at night from a different salesmen saying the car is back and asking if I want to schedule a test drive to which I say of course. I work around my work schedule to make it to the appointment only for while I’m on my way to the dealership getting a text from them saying the cars not at the lot but we have loads of others of the make and model to which I clearly toad them NO I know my Budget and everything yet they were trying to sell me cars 5,000 OUT OF BUDGET. Simply said. This place is the worst service I’ve ever had. If someone who doesn’t even work in cars is able to know more about the cars on your lot and give better service SOMETHINGS WRONG. Needless to say, I’m still waiting for a response back, but they lost my money unless they really make it up. Stay far away from this dealership and all of their sister locations. •Trash in cars (fast food and FLOSS) •Horrible service for first time buyers even if a down payment •AND THEY WILL SELL A CAR FROM UNDERNEATH YOU AND NOT RESPOND TO YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THEM OUT. To all my first time buyers/low credit scores don’t listen to their “great finance” this company is a scam. Which is unfortunate you walk in and the energy and “vibe” is fun and hopeful don’t let it fool you xxxxty service. Makes sense why their prices are low, THEY CANT SELL THEM WITH THE SERVICE THEY HAVE.

    Two different advertised cars were not available, due to being serviced, RIGHT. Of course only the low price ones on their website were unavailable. Shady,... unethical business practices. Be warned!

    saw the exact truck i wanted, but there were no pics of it. I called in and the guy said he would send me some. he didn't. made an appointment so see... the truck, got a confirmation email and when i called to confirm they said come on down. I was running late and called to let them know (hour plus drive from me and i was halfway there) The guy on the line says hold on let me make sure the truck is here... 5min later comes back and says trucks not there!! Turned around and came home and looked online at these reviews. everything i went through was here. clearly they have some issues. won't be driving back.

    ONLY THE THE MOST DESPERATE PEOPLE GO HERE. The "salespeople" at CALIFORNIA MOTORS DIRECT are so shady and unethical that anyone dumb enough to do business... here gets what they deserve. DON'T CRY FOR HELP AFTER YOU'VE PLAYED FOR A FOOL! I HAVE ALREADY WARNED YOU!

    This is the most terrible dealership. The sales guys are shady and unresponsive, the sales manager same (Carlos is his name) is the rudest person - kept... lying to us, and the most unprofessional, unethical people - all lies lies lies. When I read others reviews I can see am not the only with negative experiences. I am grateful I did not do business with them in the end, they tricked us into a fake buy which ended by them selling to someone else a car we committed to buy. The most horrible car experience ever. I never do negative review, but in this occasion I want to warn other peoples from the most unethical customer service/experience ever.
