I had a great experience at California Motors Direct.

I had a great experience at California Motors Direct. Eddie was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I had my toddler son with me, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were both comfortable during our visit. They were professional, patient, and very accommodating. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend California Motors Direct to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

******* DO NOT GO HERE!

******* DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If I could give them a zero I would!!! Please and I mean please pay attention to this!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I went in to purchase a car on 04/27. As I complete the paperwork and get ready to leave the salesmen named Jesse whom lets me know the battery for the key fob is dying and they don't have the battery to replace it, but he says it's not a big deal I can buy a replacement, mind you l've been there for hours so I say it's ok I will buy one they're only like $6. The next day the key doesn't work even with the new key battery that I bought. I tried calling all day 04/28 but kept getting the run around. The person that sold me the car stopped responding to my texts and now here we are 04/29 and my purse is in a car I can't get into nor use and no one is assisting me. I'm being told to let them talk to someone or escalate to a manager? Like what??? I bought a car from you and the key didn't work and now I'm stuck with a car that I can't use and no one to help me. I refuse to pay for a locksmith. Update 5/19 the car continues to give me problems with no response from them. I've had to put out my money to get the car going. What a shame and this should be illegal, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Nightmare worst I finally got to get a car from dealer

Nightmare worst I finally got to get a car from dealer used but I'm thinking reliable since I use car to car for disabled elderly for a living we paid 12000 for car first week I found I had to replace struts alignment suspension four new tires total price 5,429 so I'm thinking ok now we are good no the radiator goes out new radiator 600 dollars now it has to run no started smelling gas coming from air conditioning my mom has oxygen tank so I go to closest mechanic scared of fire I had to replace fuel line it needed new engine because gas was spraying on back engine price 9,687 dollars estament around 15000 in repair more then car I was already to far in with money I couldn't give up I'm really feeling like my car should be bran new now I'm confident but guess what first trip we went about 45 min away and car catches fire under hood i get mom out into safety and get fire out we were stranded had to pay 380 to safely tow car to boss house were it still sitts not running I'm waiting for a miracle i spent 30000 on this car around in total and I now have no transportation I can't work and I wish I kept my dodge caravan it was ugly but never let me down not even over a year with this car most time it spent getting fixed or waiting to get fixed haven't enjoyed it not once this dealer said they did two service checks no issue how could they miss all those issues it's almost everything wrong I try to get help because it's 2013 not 2020 no one will help I got proof receipts and everything someone got to respond for all that money and why I'm without a car I emailed them twice no response not sure what to do next I reported to highway patrol safety unit since it was a safety issue if anyone can give advice how to get fixed or replace I will not put another penny well i spent all my savings already on this car heeeeeelp
