Inexperienced staff. Switched salesman on me when I got there to buy truck even though I called ahead to let him know. Said he had an emergency, it?s... possible. But basically had to start over. Ordered Incorrect items. Salesmen didn?t know they?re product Decent prices Most of my problems were Bill of my problem came with the added options and ordering the stuff, huge lack of communication between departments.
I am always welcomed by the staff and have never had a problem during a visit. The service department is outstanding and addresses all my concerns.
I have been to this dealership 3 times to service my new car and every time it has been an issue. First, they accused me of doing damage to a rental car... that I did not do. The lady didn?t do the inspection before and was claiming that she did but I watched her and the only thing she did was check the gas level. I got this resolved by making her call her manager which is when he confirmed that there was body damage on the car prior to renting it out. So I have them another chance and took my car in to get an oil change and a $150 detail. They said they would have to keep the car all day in order to do these services. To my dismay, I agreed and when I go to pick it up the next day they had skipped the entire front of my car.. it still had bugs all over it from the trip I had previously took. And they didn?t do the engine or the undercarriage as stated in the $150 car detail. Nobody communicates with each other.. they couldn?t even find my paperwork. It is just a hot mess over there and I don?t have the time or patience to deal with that place again.
Every time I bring my car in it becomes a vicious cycle of events! The damaged my Paint the day I bought the car , yes they repainted my brand new car,... i can imagine how you would feel, like now I have aftermarket paint on a brand new vehicle. Ridiculous. Another time the didnt connect the water line to my AC, so when I turned it on, It flooded my Luxury Sports car. They broke my windshield. And many many many more episodes, like the most recent, you did not attach the oil pan cover properly only screwed in 2 screws and didn?t screw in the reat of the clips, which resulted in an issue they are now refusing to fix! RUN FAR FROM MELVIN CLARKE COOPERS DEALERSHIPS! Especially WATSONVILE Chevrolet! He does NOT care about his customers or his community! At best he is a con artist!
Great service, great people! I like going there and will return. Getting a ride home and picked up when my car is done is so helpful!
My appointment was for 10:50am. Did not get started till 11:30.When I checked in was asked if I wanted a wash at the end and I said yes. It was not done... so I waited around more time for then to wash it. All in all what should have been a short 40 minute visit took almost 2 hours. Then when I left, the warning sites in the outside mirrors stayed on while driving home, until I restarted the car, not sure why but it woks fine now. On the positive, was given a ride to a restaurant and enjoyed a good breakfast while waiting

If I could give a 10 I would! My experience began after a lot of research locating what I thought would be a great commuter car. To my disappointment... the car I chose after 2 days was killing my back. Remembering Armando advising me of the 3 day exchange program I called him. He not only was very sorry the vehicle didn't meet my needs he asked when was convenient for me to come in. I lived over 80 miles away. He worked with me to come in after the 3 days were over and went above and beyond with Salesman Jose Mendoza helping us locate a better vehicle to meet our needs. Jose answered all of our questions and was very patient even coming in on his day off to help us. What began as a car for me ended up as a better car for my wife and I! Nice to know there are still some good guys out there!
I enjoyed working with Freddie in Service. He was very professional. No stress at all. I will definitely return for future service on my Chevy Malibu... Hybrid.
