all of my problems were taken care of in a timely manor, and my wife and I were very happy with the results. we had a very annoying oil leak & a starter problem. We were very pleased with the results, and our salesman was very helpful in getting our car back to us thank you

The only complaint I have with your service was the time it took to preform an oil change, rotate my tires, complete a twenty-four thousand mile inspection and wash my vehicle. I was at your waiting area for almost two hours and I had an appointment. While in the waiting room I was asked by couple of your costumers I long I had been waiting since they also were not happy with the time it was taking to change the oil in their cars.The first time I had service done by your company I was in and out in less than hour with the service being taken care of. I'm willing to give your dealership one more try but if it takes another two hours for basic service I'll move on to another dealership.

Very businesslike service
The service was as requested, with no pressure to do anything extra (which would have been unnecessary as the car is only nine months old & about 8000 miles), and the initial time estimate of how long it would take was incredibly accurate (almost exact in fact; the estimate was just a few minutes longer than it actually took).

superb customer service by all employees
Your employees were more concerned with my wishes than their commission. They didn't play games or try to overcharge me like Courtesy Chevrolet did. I was at Coteau Chevrolet for 1 1/2 hrs just to get a price. I had a deal within 45 mins at your dealership. Thank you for putting the customer first!
