I have always found the service department at Duncan's Hokie Honda to be very efficient, orderly, and most importantly, experts at whatever service they are repairing. I have never had to wait for an extended period of time, and someone always speaks to me about what has been done to my vehicle, future needs and recommendations, and thoroughly explains the cost. I also like the quick wash my car is given after each service!

Everything went smoothly, as expected. I received a ride home and a ride back to the dealership. Thank you! Everyone was courteous and efficient. I have taken all my Hondas to this dealer and have always been pleased. My Honda and I are both getting older. I wish the dealership was closer, i.e., in Blacksburg.

Very pleased with the service.
Taylor was smart and very friendly letting me know when the service would start and he recommended other service too. Next to Mike Williams, I think he is the best Rep for Duncan. I like this organization much better than the one in my home town too. Extra time and driving is worth it because you treat me like a buying customer when in reality , I am a Nine year customer with the same car!

Deflector on my FIT
I stopped in with a rattle or flapping noise from under the front of the FIT. The service folks were quick to diagnosis the problem as a loose deflector, which had been a problem previously. Since the deflector was damaged, it was determined that, since it was under warranty it should be replaced. A new part was ordered and will be installed when it comes it. The whole visit was less than 20 minutes.
