This is my third car purchased new from this dealership. I guess that says a lot about how I feel about them. My tail light on my 37 month old HRV started filling with water. The car had never been in an accident. When I took it in they told me I was one month and 1000 miles beyond my warranty. I whined about Covid times and they agreed to honor the warranty. I now have a new tail light, at no cost to me,.

My most recent service at Duncan Honda was great. I scheduled the appointment with John and I was very surprised when he called way before my appointment and told me my car was ready. I was speechless. I have been going to Duncan for almost 15 years and a few years ago the service was frustrating (delays, lack of communication).
