First time at this dealership and salesman, Bud Merrill, was great to work with. No price haggling or pushy salesmen, you pay what's on the vehicle. So you know that going in which I like and makes the experience so much better. The process didn't take long at all just a matter of waiting for the paperwork to get finished and the car cleaned. The only negative for me was the car wasn't as clean as I expected, but that's minor. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership.

The people at Duncan Hokie Honda are always very nice and helpful. I ended up spending more time there than I thought I would, but that could have been because they were busy. The prices also seemed fair and they were transparent about the work that needed to be done, and I didn't feel like I was being tricked into paying for something I didn't need.

Had my first oil change and they finished very quickly and as always very friendly and welcoming.

I recently bought a 2020 CRV from Duncan Honda. Bud was friendly and easy to work with! He was very knowledgeable about the CRV - proactively offering information. He was also willing and able to answer my questions. His "No Pressure" sales approach was Great! He was easy to reach anytime I needed anything! I would definitely recommend working with Bud! Pandemic safety was plus. Liked links to service docs and no contact pay. Suggestion: more outside seating space w shade. Tables w umbrellas?!

Brandon in the Service Department always provides us with a positive experience when we have one of our four Honda serviced there. He is courteous, reponsive, and always treats us fairly. We appreciate his help.

I purchased my 2013 CRV from Duncan new. I have used them for all service and it has always been exemplary!

I brought our 2011 Honda Pilot in for catalytic converter replacements, spark plug replacements and oil change. The Pilot runs great. I hope to get another 100k miles or more out of these converters. The new online service recommendation and payment options were convenient also.
