Went to Werner Mazda because I needed a new vehicle. Rob greeted us, he listened to what I wanted, and then set me up for a test drive. Due to other obligations I wasn't able to complete the process that day, but Rob was understanding, took care of what needed to be done that day, set up a time to return, and ensured we got out of there on time. He was attentive, he listened, and there was no pressure.
