I did not buy my truck at Don Wood Ford, but recently had it survived there. I dislike scheduling vehicle service via a web sit that only lists predetermined options.. The Service Manager, Larry Porter was very helpful, and spent time answering my questions and helping me identify the specifics that I needed for this particular service. The service was completed in the estimated time frame, and the whole process was professional and efficient. I will deffinately use them again.

BUYER BEWARE
We met with a salesman and ordered an F-250 in January 2022. We were told at that time we could use the Z-plan. We emailed our Z plan PIN number to get the discount. Apparently later in January they decided they would no longer honor the Z-plan but never bothered to tell us. Fast forward to July 2022 when the truck is in and ready for pick up. We go to pick it up and are informed they are no longer honoring the Z-plan but we can still pay retail price (7K more). Salesman said he had too many orders (like 72) to go back through and let people know, he was very rude. The guy had 7 months to let us know! He asks, what would you have done about it anyways? We said cancel the order and order it through a Ford dealership that does honor the Z-plan. He says well no one is honoring that right now. That was a lie because we went back to our hometown and bought through them with the Z-plan. We were later told that we should have filled out the Z-plan paperwork when we ordered but the salesman didn’t mention to us that we should do that. We think he just wanted the truck on the lot so he could sell it to someone else for more money. He didn’t let us know because he knew we would cancel the order. We are new to the area which is why we went to this location. We buy a new car every couple years and they 100% lost all of our business. We’re very disappointed in this Ford dealership. Very poor customer service.

In the year of limited new auto availability, Don Wood Ford & Lincoln’s store manager Charlie Moore was ahead of the game and figured the process out, in obtaining new Ford & Lincoln autos and trucks for his customers. Give me the smaller town dealership over the “big city” get in line attitude any day, along with the tailored service that was delivered. That’s service and reliability that you can depend on, and Charlie Moore and service manager Larry Porter have proven this over and over for me. That matters and is why I deal with Don Wood Ford and Lincoln!
Great Service Every Time

They always work with my drop off and pick up time schedule and their prices are really good on service. Customer service is always top notch, they are just as pleasant on the phone as they are in person.

The Finance manager was great. The rest was a horrible...
The Finance manager was great. The rest was a horrible experience. 3% charge to use our own financing. Truck almost empty of gas. The salesman stated that we would have to pay service fee to figure out the code to use our keyless entry. All of this after spending 5 hours in the dealership. We weren’t even offered water. I’m 68 years old. I’ve Purchased many vehicles. We like Fords. Don Wood was our only option as we wanted a used 4 wheel drive. The young man doing our paperwork was very very professional. The rest was a complete joke. I would never recommend this dealership and we’ve used them 10 years before. What has happened?
