The sales department is great! The service for any work for your car not so great. If you have a 9:00 am appointment for a simple oil change expect to... sit for at least an hour and a half. It looks like appointments are just suggestions.
After hearing the praises of Jeep from multiple people I decided to give Jeep a chance for the first time after being a loyal Lincoln/Ford buyer. Tommy... D was great at helping me pick what I wanted to test drive and was very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at. The first pick was a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and it was the worst experience of my life!!! I got in the car and noticed that it wasnt fully detailed which ok i can understand not detailing it fully until its ready to be delivered to the customer so I let it go. I pull out of the dealership and get to the first traffic light on route 23 and go to break and realize that the car barely has any brakes. My foot was to the floor and the car was shaking and pulling to the right. I should have left the car on the side of the road and called them to pick myself and their Jeep up while I called my attorney. How can you as a dealership knowingly put someone in a care with no brakes!!! I would love to work with Tommy D again but wont risk my life buying a deathtrap. Needless to say, I will be returning to Lincoln for my vehicle.
Purchased 2 vehicles there, the service department is the worst I have ever experienced. They do not fix the cars , my cars were in countless times and... i was often told they can not fix warranty issues, never get any repairs done the first time. They don't want your business and make it clear, they just want top rated reviews. I gave a bad review and was asked not to complete them in the future. I took cars they could not fix to a different dealer fixed! Stay away!
A friend of mine who helped me get in contact with this dealership to purchase a vehicle and has helped numerous other people get in contact with this... dealership bringing in countless amounts of revenue of this dealership. He was treated with disrespect when he went in for service. I would strongly not recommend this dealership to anyone
I had the worst experience with the service department. I dropped off my car for recalls. When I went to pick it up (after hours) the car was waiting for... me in parking lot. They did the recalls but at the same time left a broken car for me to pick up. They claimed it was a "bogus" light but nobody checked it before they had the car ready for the pickup. Nobody answers the phone, they just have a voicemail and dont call you back. I had to leave the car and follow up numerous time as they did not bother to call me about the "bogus light". Finally they fixed the light and left a car for me to pickup. I asked them TWICE to leave car keys inside the car as I was picking it up afterhours. I go to pickup car and the car keys are not in car!!!! Once again, numerous phone calls, voicemalls and finally they admit they did not put the keys inside. Not even a sorry, apology for the inconvenience... I asked to have the keys mailed to me. Its now 3 weeks into simple recall service and I still dont have my keys back. I keep on calling and they keep on saying they are mailing it. Also now navigation does not work (after the recall job they did??)and I need to have a spare key to drop off car for service at different dealer. My hands are tied as they are trying to avoid me about the key situation. They deserve 0 stars due to lack of communication skills, poor service, and shady attitude.

I went to Precision Jeep to return my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee since the lease was up and I had been looking at the new Jeep Gladiator as a replacement.... I was greeted by Anthony in sales who along with Joe the sales manager made the car buying experience a pleasure. Not only did they exceed my expectations by getting me the car I was looking for at the right price, but the entire process from initial sale to driving away in my newly detailed vehicle was completed in less than 1.5 hours. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new Jeep to make Precision Jeep their first stop because you won’t be disappointed and it will surly be your one and only stop. Great dealership that treats their customers fairly and makes the car buying experience a great one.
