Leased a 2018 Jeep Compass. Probably one of the best, low pressure salespeople I ever dealt with, however the customer service skills of this dealership... suck. Prior to leasing, I was doing research on the Jeep website (The National website for Jeep, not this dealer's local website). When you look at the build and price section of the Jeep Compass to build a vehicle you are told that the UConnect 3 with 5 Inch Display comes standard with Sirius XM Satellite Radio. I was also told at the Dealership that the Jeep came with satellite radio, and also actually had a brochure inside the vehicle welcoming me to my 1 year subscription of satellite radio and to enjoy it. Long story short, after delivery of the vehicle, come to find out the vehicle does not have satellite radio, nor is it even capable of receiving the satellite radio. You would think the dealer would know their own product, and Jeep would not put brochures in cars not so equipped. Jeep actually admitted the mistake of saying satellite is included in the UConnect 3 with 5 Inch display, and removed the statement from their website. You would think this is a simple problem for the dealer to resolve, but their best option was for me to go buy an external satellite receiver and run wires all over my car. I can only imagine this same issue has happened to tens of thousands of other people and hopefully we can get a class action suit going against Jeep, but this post is about the Precision Dealership, and not Jeep. You would think the dealership would offer to swap out radios, or give me a couple hundred bucks for misleading me, but nothing, they would rather lose a customer and any possible referrals that customer may have. So in summary, the dealership does not know their product at all, and could care less about you once you take delivery of your vehicle and they get your money. However, Anthony Ciasulla is a nice, friendly salesman who is easy to work with, besides for not knowing his vehicles very well. His boss on the other hand, must be a real xxxxxxx
RIP off , service department wants to do unssasary maintenance not recommend by manufacturer, don't trust them they will lie to you and over charge
The sales department is great! The service for any work for your car not so great. If you have a 9:00 am appointment for a simple oil change expect to... sit for at least an hour and a half. It looks like appointments are just suggestions.
Had ANOTHER amazing experience with Brian Brigliadoro. Second Grand Cherokee lease within two years and he outdid himself! Brian came through with a... fully loaded top of the line Overland with every specification I asked for, and then some! He kept my payment under what I expected. HIGHLY recommend doing business with Brian!
7/16/2018 To the presidents of Dodge I would just like to inform the head authorities about my experience at the Dodge dealership in the past 24 hours.... I dropped off my Dodge 350 Dooley at the Dodge dealership in Butler between 4 and 4:30 yesterday afternoon for an oil change I picked it up between 6:30 and 7 AM today I immediately got in and drove away 5/6 miles to my home so I could go to work upon exiting my truck I immediately noticed huge scratches on the driver side back fender & the wheel’s Chrome rim was touching the rubber of my tire, and the rim was scraped and damaged, Making it dangerous to drive, it was bad so I called up the Dodge dealership who practically told me that because you “drove it off the lot is not their problem”, so I called the Dodge dealership back to speak with somebody else. I was connected to Brian who came on the phone I’m guessing he is the head of the butler Dodge dealership. I explain the situation to him, then he became belligerent next he was very very rude told me that I drove my truck too fast and said I must've done it myself and if I was to call the police that he would turn it around and file a claim for fraud damage claim done towards me which really upset me to the point where I was crying and he hung the phone up I called my friend, he was with me when I dropped off my truck and picked it up who then got on the phone to Brian Who proceeded to tell him the same thing only without the threat of pressing charges against me for “False claim” but then proceeded to tell him that I, Penny, was allowed to be on Butler Dodge dealership property again, with that was said I went to the police department in Butler; because I had already called them. after the first phone call. But after my conversation with Brian, which was very upsetting. I went and filed the complaint against Dodge for Damage to Personal Property. Meanwhile I cannot go to work today because my truck is undrivable due to the incident at Dodge. Tomorrow, I am supposed to use the truck to drive 6 professional show horses to Pennsylvania for a horse show that are owned by my clients, which may result in a loss of wages and possible accounts because of this Incident. Now have to try and find another truck. My truck is unusable! Can you please help me resolve this issue as it is a little Trumatic right now thank you. Penny B
Brian Brigliadoro was so helpful and patient with helping us buy our first Jeep. His personality will make you feel like you have known him forever and... was very experianced. If you need to buy a Jeep pleace talk with Brian, I would'nt recommened any one else.
Brian Briggs was an excellent sales rep. He greeted me right away and asked if I needed any help. He was not trying to sell me something I did not want.... He listened to what I was saying and asking for and worked with me. Brian went above and beyond to get the exact car and color that I wanted. Brian was cooperative and understanding of the price range I was in for the lease and was able to assist me in getting the best deal for what I wanted. I would gladly recommend Brian to any friend and will do so.
