Amazingly helpful staff that was very understanding to your specific wants and budget. They will work with you to try and make the car you want fit in... you monthly payment budget. The warranty they offer with their cars is amazing and inexpensive to add on. Great selection of both used and new cars at competitive prices! The wife and I found a used Camaro on there website. We live 200 miles away they preappoved us did, all the negotiation over the phone. I was just browsing around Cars.com and found the vehicle that I've been wanting. Put in my inquiry and contact info and within a couple of minutes I got... a very quick response from Parks Chevrolet. Not impressed. Oil changes and tie rotation at Parks Chevrolet of Augusta takes entirely too long.. This is my 3rd time, so I have given them several chances.... Last time the oil change and tie rotation took 1 hour and 45 minutes and I had a scheduled appointment. Today so far I have been here 1 hour 30 minutes. A lady from their staff just had a very loud conversation and she stated " I am damn tired of doing everyone else's work. I shouldn't have to do everything myself." Wow some kind of conversation for a customer to hear while sitting in the service department. Last time I came in at the mileage written on the window sticker for my oil change and was told it was too soon to look at the oil percentage that is shown on the car. This time I came in at the percentage that was shown from the car at 5% oil life left and my oil light came on only 3 days go and I was told that was too long. I have a 2 year service plan which should show up on the computer. One year from parks and I bought a year now I am being asked to prove it by showing them my paper work. I have bought cars from other local dealerships and this by far has been my worst experience. Things that could be improved upon: Consistent message to customer Service plan attountability through the dealership.
