They patiently walked me through every step of the process, ensuring I understood all my options. Their dedication to making sure I was happy with my purchase truly sets them apart. Highly recommend their exceptional service! I want to also give a big shout out to Robert in the service department for going above and beyond, Amy with the claims department and Israel Granados over at Metro Acura. I’ve been a proud owner of a 2021 Acura TLX since I purchased it, and I can confidently say the customer service I’ve received from day one has been nothing short of exceptional. Every time I’ve had a question or issue with my vehicle, the team has gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and professionally.
