This was my first purchase through Berlin City, Justin Stacey was our salesman. When I called and told him of my situation, he promised he would do everything for me and low and behold he did exactly that. I had a lot of tough questions and he answered all of them thoroughly and without hesitation. He was extremely helpful pointing me in the right direction and I will be enjoying my new SUV being delivered to my front door tomorrow! Justin made this purchase fun and easy! Not what I expected from Sales anymore, I never experienced the pushiness I have had to feel working with the other dealerships. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Andy was an excellent sales man. He answered every question we had and if he didn't have the answer he found it out and told us. This place is a friendly place and we would recommend this place to anyone looking into buying a vehicle. So far we have been very happy with the vehcile except for the fuel mileage and the power it has.

From the start, my sales associate, Andrew Moser was very helpful and knowledgable! I was going from an 06 Trailblaer to a 2015 Chevy Cruz with lots of new options I did not understand. Andy was very patient and explained everything. It also helped that he has a great personality!
