Be cautious!
Negotiations with “JD” and Josh were going rather smoothly initially, however I had some hesitation with the value they quoted me for my trade. I countered, like any reasonable consumer would, and haven’t heard back from them since. I’ve texted and emailed the dealership and nada! The least someone could do is communicate back. Unprofessional.

High Pressure Sales
My wife and I stopped by to look at a used vehicle and upon inspection I found oil leaking onto the hot exhaust manifold. When I asked the sales manager, Kevin, if they would discount the price I was told that it wasn't his problem because the vehicle is still under factory warranty. After refusing to budge on his price he asked what I was willing to pay. I gave what I thought was a reasonable offer considering the vehicle had a major issue that the warranty may or may not have covered. He immediately became irate and raised his voice saying that I had offended him with such a low offer. I prompted him to give me a counter offer but at this point he was so irrationally angry that we had to walk out the door. He then followed us out to our car still angrily yelling that I had offended him.

Unhappy
Was told by parts dept I could bring in Quickstruts and have them installed. Was told by service manager after purchasing them that they don't install aftermarket parts ulnless they purchase them. I Understand its about the money, markup etc. but let the customer know up front. Going elsewhere from now on.

Chris and Jasmine were awesome. Best buying experience I have ever had. They worked with the situation I was in and helped me through everything. I loved the the truck I lost to an accident but love this New Truck more.

Stay in the City
I drove an hour to see a specific vehicle (6 month old Van). First, the vehicle was filthy, which I soon found out was due to a staff member's personal use. It of course had more miles than the advertisement . Then following a trade in offer that was literally 50% of other dealers, they told me the advertised price was actually not correct because I wasn't financing with them. None of this was helped by the fact the facility itself had the look (and cleanliness) of a gas station.

looking for a new car
I currently have a 2006 Chrysler 300 and it has been a good car, but was starting to wear out. I decided to look for a newer Chrysler came into Rocky Mount Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram in search of a vehicle. I wanted to do a trade in to get a better car. I met with Barry Menta and he took my information on what I was looking for and said he would contact me when something came in. About 2 weeks later I got a text from Barry saying they had a beautiful 2015 Chrysler 300, He said that it was what I was looking for and they had just lowered the price. My wife and I went to see Barry and the car. It was perfect. We went on a test drive and negotiated a price for my trade and financing that we both could live with. Barry introduced us to Tony Bowling who had the paperwork ready, he explained everything and we were out the door. Needless to say we are thrilled with Barry and .Rocky Mount Chrysler, I would recommend them for your auto needs

don't care about bad credit customers
So I came in today in search of a vehicle.i wanted to do a trade in to get a better car. They took my information and even tho i knew i had bad credit they gave me the run around and said we will call you on monday. I would rather for people to be upfront instead of saying we will get back to you. Just be upfront with customers. I would have put a down payment down but i dont know think i want to do business if they cant be honest

bad loan rates
They were way overpriced as is most dealerships with used Jeep Wranglers and to beat all the % for loans is unbelivable.

It is disheartening to read that a customer believes the dealership has any control over interest rates charged by third party lenders. Lenders take into consideration a number of factors which affect interest rates and other terms pertaining to vehicle loans including: customer credit rating; debt to income ratio of the customer; type of collateral (the vehicle being financed); and the amount of money being attempted to finance. Although most customers understand their own situation relating to these factors, others sometimes misdirect their frustrations toward the dealership. If it was up to us, every customer would be approved at the lowest available interest rate and the smallest possible payment. Unfortunately, such thinking is unrealistic. We pride ourselves in working diligently for our customers to secure a loan that provides the most vehicle for the least monthly payment, and we have thousands of customers who were satisfied with their financial arrangements. We would be happy to sit down with this customer and review the criteria which affected the terms of his/her loan conditions.
