Jacob our salesperson was knowledgeable and easy going. No pressure sales and was able to find us the Outback we were looking for. Chris in finance was also great to deal with making the financing portion a breeze with no drama. Best car buying experience I have ever had. All in all would highly recommend these two and Conley for your Subaru needs

Our expierence with conley subaru was a pleasure.

Our expierence with conley subaru was a pleasure.i don't like to haggle and I found the deal making very easy and direct. They were willing to work with us. And the representative Kevin was a very patient young man. We are not the easiest people to deal with when big money is envolved. We bought a 2025 premium forester safety was our main concern and reliability. Tom showed us all the rechnology that our new car has. And he was helpful in syncing our phone and and radio and time click and other things to give us a worry free ride without homework lol. I hope and pray we get the same expierence with service department when the time comes. And we got to be a part of share the love and donate to make a wish in the process.

I am happy with my service.

I am happy with my service. However, I purchased a full warranty including my wheels. I brought my car in almost a month ago and still have not heard about when it will be repaired. Thank you

I bought a vehical as is thinking that they would have

I bought a vehical as is thinking that they would have done a multi point inspection and fixed or at least shared any problems they found before i purchased it. I found the info screen partialy non functional, a clicking sound coming from the engine area and the heat not working. I had a trusted mechanic look at the heat and he said that it looked as though someone tried fixing it and that it would cost over $2000 dallors. I went back to the dealer to see if they would fix the issue. They hid behind there "as is" warranty instead of offering to fix the issue that should have been fixed or at very least disclosed to me before I purcased it.

Yesterday we did our 60,000 mile maintenance on the good

Yesterday we did our 60,000 mile maintenance on the good ol Outback and I just have to shout out this amazing dealership. Weโ€™ve bought two Subarus through them and now that we are back in Florida, I make the hour drive to go to them for my maintenance. There is just a Subaru vibe and theirโ€™s is the best. Moses is incredibly kind, thorough and helpful. He is also just an awesome human. Tom is super knowledgeable and will teach you everything you need or want to know Subaru. Heโ€™s also super cool. The salesman are fair and honest. And everyone there literally bleeds Subaru blue. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Last night, another kind gentleman gave Isaiah this super special model car , Subaru of course. They love the kiddos and the fur kiddos, which you all know my fur baby is my literal daughter. ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿถ I love them and never mind hanging out there. Good coffee and good conversation. Iโ€™m also grateful they lended me an Ascent the other day while I got the work done though too. Fort Myers Subaru is way closer but they are far inferior to these guys. Thank you Conley Subaru for always having me leave better than I came! You guys rock! ๐Ÿ’™

The man at the counter were very nice and professional.

The man at the counter were very nice and professional. The waiting area was fantastic. They did give me a vehicle loaner since I was on a very limited time and wanted to get my service done right away. However, since I took my vehicle there I've had nothing but issues. I spent about $1,000 and they did a complete check up or so they said. The coolant was almost bone dry, the battery died on me the next day and they said all of this was checked in a good levels per my paperwork. I was going to have to tell my vehicle to somewhere to get it checked out again had one of my neighbors not helped me. I've had problem after problem after having a serviced there and now my control valve might be messed up. My dash lights are lighting up like Christmas every other time I get in the car. I'm not happy with the quality of work that was done on the vehicle.
